Rooms are so ridiculously outdated. Broken furniture and marks everywhere. Staff not interested and barely acknowledged us it was almost like we were not good enough to stay there. Didn't ask if we wanted dinner or breakfast or even if our stay was ok on checkout. Unfriendly staff at the bar. Main areas seemed fine did not use any facilities decided against giving them any further money after the way we were treated. Beautiful from the exterior but that's about it!

Great location, rooms and views, staff friendly, breakfast was a massive let down though. Orange juice from the machine tasted off and the bacon/sausages looked and tasted cheap/leathery, if they could fix the food it'd be so much better.

lovely surroundings to walk around excellent food with plentiful supply. rooms lovely fresh & clean. often stay here for overnight stay & can only see improvements everytime we come. lovely friendly staff ...great place to stay.

I stayed at Bosworth Hall Hotel and was impressed by how large and grand the property is. The building and grounds are beautiful and give it a real sense of character. However, the size also made it difficult to get around. There were no maps available and very little signage or information to help guests find their way. As a first-time visitor, this was quite frustrating and made navigating the hotel confusing at times.

rooms were really well appointed and had everything I needed including a Tassimo coffee machine, desk and microwave - great for working away. Food stops at 8pm which is normally when I order so made an effort to go at 7:25 and the bar staff looked harassed and disorganized and said it would be a 90 minute wait for food so I gave up, as it was supposed to have finished an hour before that. However I did have a drink and whilst I was there I watched the deputy manager step in, support his staff, clear the backlog, deal with complaints and then come and speak to me and got me the food I would have ordered. I was very impressed

We were put in a room that was freezing cold, in the basement, noisy wasn't the word, the floor boards above sounded like they were going to cave in! Cold basic and not comfortable. Disappointed

Overall a good hotel for the price. Friendly staff, and good choice of food.

I loved this hotel. So nice to be in an old fashioned mansion. The pool and gym were nice although I wish I had known when booking that there would be an extra cost for the pool and gym

Great room, normally stay here 2 - 3 times a year because its great value for money and great short walk to the village.

No bad for the price very dated old beds squeaky floor boards and thin walls

Overall stay was OK. Have been many times before and would go again. However, not sure if unlucky with the room on this occasion. The toilet was very slow filling after flush. Kettle leaked water making it unsafe to use, so didn't use it. Fridge was difficult to open due to door leaning towards floor and needed to prop it up. Would make sure I'm in a different room if I stay again.

The rooms are out dated and dilapidated. The beds aren’t that comfortable and I’d recommend going to a travel lodge over this place after the last couple of nights I’ve had there! The floorboards are creaky and it sounded like the person staying above my room was doing a marathon. You can hear every conversation from people walking past your room as well as the people staying opposite your room. There’s no menus for food and you have to eat what’s given. So all in all I’d give this a 2 star or 2/10

Room was clean and warm but we were there for a week and although there was no room maintenance they could at least have serviced the waste bins and replenished the coffee etc. bar service was not open many times during the day which was poor for a hotel. Wi-Fi was not the best with the television often buffering and going off. Spa was more of a leisure centre swimming pool than a true spa experience

Hotel is in nice surroundings and the room was large and comfortable. Easy parking aswell. Good value

Dated hotel, heating in bedroom not working, remote location. Wouldn’t use again

Broken kettle, strong smell of smoke, paper thin walls neighbour snoring all night, couldn’t get food after 7.30pm, car park almost full…avoid!
