Lovely stay

Staff were amazing, friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. Superb breakfast buffet.

Staff quite rigid, often pointed to someone else to answer a simple question like how to get to the pool area, pool area disappointing, limited sun beds by the beach and travellers putting towels down at stupid o’clock, cleaner came into my room without knocking and did the same to 2 of my party, no apology given.

We are regular visitors. There are lots of returning guests. For a good reason. This is a wonderful hotel, spotless, modern yet full of character which is not easy to achieve. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient in equal measure. You must go.

The property was lovely. Staff was helpful. So convenient for the pinewalk.

The staff and service was very attentive the whole time which made my cycling holiday even more enjoyable. Spa downstairs was also nice and gym well equipped.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect area. Truly enjoyed our stay. It was our first time here but will not be the last. The staff is friendly and very service minded. The food was of very good quality. The only minuses with this place are: the access to the wellness centre through the restaurant is not very flattering, the wellness centre lacks showers and toiletteries. You need to go through the place to reach the 2 showers and no soap is available, meaning, you only use water to rinse before using the facilities. They should be before one enters and doors are needed on the showers, so as one showers properly before entering the pool, sauna etc. The floor by the pool was not clean. There were visible mudding footprints and sand on the floor. Also plastic parts in the pool itself. No sanitizer was available in the restaurant for the buffet. The final bill should be more specific and properly itemized and not in codes. We checked out early and the gentleman in reception could not tell me what I had been charged for. Every item was a number/code. We got a packed breakfast to go, which we highly appreciated. Only problem was, we were never given a knife and/or spoon, so could not butter the bread. Overall a great experience.

Un des plus bel hotel que j'ai pu fréquenter. Une sorte de magie opère dès que vous pousser les portes de l'établissement. Un service millimétré, une atmosphère unique, un bar et un restaurant d'excellente qualité, le tout "les pieds dans l'eau" :-) Nous reviendrons !
