The room was great - spacious and I particular like the whole property was setup with USB-C sockets. The only down side for me was the check in staff - be warned with them trying to sell you the Marriott Bonvoy membership...

villa was really good. had an issue with the hot water and hotel staff sent technicians quickly but the problem could not be fixed. hence, we had to shift to another villa. rooms were clean and really enjoyed the stay. pool with heated water, jacuzzi, steam room etc. were great. overall, great experience. would give 5 stars if everything went well without changes.

Excellent

This Marriott in Mallorca was the best of our 3 week in Spain. The beds where comfortable , the villa was perfect it had everything we needed, it was dark and quiet at night. You need to rent a car since this place is in Llucmajor, about 30 min from palma. But having a car made everything perfect , we spend the day away exploring the Island and this was perfect for us.

Las villas son muy cómodas para familia. Tienen restaurantes, amenidades y tienda de conveniencia dentro de la propiedad. Importante para movilizarse es contar con auto, para salir del lugar sin auto es solo en taxi.

We love this place and it has become our 'go to' Easter getaway. Staff are friendly and the La Finca always does great food

Tolle Anlage, tolle Villen, toller Poolbereich/SPA. Jedoch: Aktuell (April 2025) sind in den Straßen von Son Antem überall kleine Baustellen, so dass wir morgens, bei offenen Fenster, vom Baulärm geweckt wurden.

Im ganzen Ressort war eine riesige Baustelle, es wurden Rohre neu verlegt. Dafür wurden alle Straßen, auch direkt vor den Villen metertief aufgerissen. Der Lärm und Staub war sehr nervig. Wir wurden bei der Buchung nicht darüber informiert und haben die normale Rate bezahlt. Auf unsere Beschwerde vor Ort wurde nicht eingegangen. Die Villa selbst war schön, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Außenbereiche konnten wir aber aufgrund der oben genannten Baustelle nicht benutzen (Staub/Lärm).

Good all round service and property and grounds. It would be great if the cost of food items was kept more affordable in the onsite shop, and if there was a bigger selection of well known international products as well as essentials such as soap. The location is a bit remote, a free or low cost shuttle service, in the busy months, would really be useful to Palma and local beaches. Better and wider choice of food to cater for international cliental at the restaurant La Terresa. These minor changes would make the place far more appealing.
