We really enjoyed our stay at City Terraces! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful with making recommendations for our trip. The location is very close to grocery and restaurants, and about 15-20 to esplanade. The parking was very convenient and they even had bikes we borrowed to ride around town. The AC and kitchen were very appreciated and the laundry facilities were very nice. Its $4 (in $1 coins) to use the washer and dryer. They have a drying rack in the room if you don't want to use the dryer. We are definitely planning to stay again for our next trip to cairns!

If you wanted accommodation whilst 'Back Packing' around Australia then this would meet your needs. McDonald's KFC and Domino's Pizza are in eash walking distance along withe the Massage Palour next-door . As a Holiday apartments it was poor. For us with 2 x 20kg of luggage and a partner with mobility issues the 30 steps up to the accommodation was dreadful no lift for second floor apartment. We were observed by a number of local people who live in the complex who sympathised with our plite. So on arrival we considered finding alternative an provision. We reviewed the Google rating to see why we had selected this appointment as what we saw did not reflect the amazing comments. The owner is very pleasant and friendly as per reviews. The bedroom was fine. The bathroom has been refurbished but the pile of short black hair on the floor was not inspiring. The main living room was spacious and along with the kitchen area was very very well used and old. The information sheet confirms that there is a washing machine in each room but having enquired where it was hiding we were told that none are in the one bedroom apartments ! The apartment is about a 5 -10 minute walk to the new Shopping Centre and Train Station. The Harbour area is about 25 minutes walk

家族5人（8歳6歳0歳）で4日間宿泊しました。部屋や施設はとても綺麗で快適でした。 キッチンはお皿や調理器具が揃っており、毎日手軽に自炊をすることができました。近くのスーパーで買ったお肉や冷凍ピザ、パイをオーブンで焼いて食べるととても美味しかったです。 洗濯機と乾燥機が部屋についているため、毎日洗濯をできるのが大変便利でした。日本から持参した洗剤を使いましたが、ホテルでも用意してくれています。タオル交換は滞在中はありませんでしたが、洗濯して乾燥機で1〜2時間で乾くので問題ありませんでした。 夜はライトアップされるプールで子供たちは楽しんだり、プールサイドでのバーベキューもとても思い出に残りました。朝は部屋のテラスでガーデンを見ながらみんなでご飯を食べたりととても楽しかったです。 何より、スタッフの方々が大変親切でした。また、日本語を話せるスタッフの方がおり、困った時はすぐに相談に乗って下さいました。赤ちゃん用のコットもすぐに用意して下さり、快適に過ごせました。チェックアウト後も空港への移動までの時間に荷物を預かって頂いたのも大変助かりました。 またケアンズに来た際はぜひ宿泊したいです。本当にありがとうございました。

Great staff--they do everything they can to insure a great stay. Loaned us umbrellas, beach stuff, a shopping cart--plus lots of ideas on what to do. It is far enough away from the waterfront to be quieter, but just down the street from a major mall and an easy walk to the waterfront or there is a busline a block away.It is NOT the "Ritz"--but had a great pool that was empty most of the time and felt much more personal than a chain hotel.

Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Unit was ideal and we were able to walk to everything we wanted. Can recommend City Terraces as a great place to stay.

City terraces has a lot to offer and is a good value. Central location makes walking to beach, restaurants, and shopping easy. The manager is friendly and goes out of his way to be helpful. Upkeep and deep cleaning (bathroom tile, grout, and exhaust vents), could be improved. The lack of a firm smoking policy meant I couldn't always use my balcony due to smokers outside. Overall I would stay here again because it has so much to offer.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good and handy to shops. The only downside was the bathroom needed a good clean.

Need some renovations. Also, in the room the furnitures are very basic. The swimming pool is good. Clean.

The room had a funny smell but we bought a freshener and it was fine. I love the fact they have proper washing powder and family size shampoo etc. There were a lot of convenient inclusions in the cupboards. Rooms are large and clean and very comfortable. Reception staff very helpful.

良い点→ ・オーナーがすごくフレンドリー、親切、丁寧、ホストファミリーみたい ・バーベキューできる庭が子連れには楽&プール付きで楽しい（早い者勝ち） ・立地も良いし、自転車も借りられる ・本当に家に近い感じ 悪い点→ ・床が歩くと真っ黒（スリッパ必須）、埃だらけ ・タオルが黒ずんでいる ・タオル交換は無く、自分で毎日洗濯する必要あり。旅行中の自分の洗濯もあり、意外と大変。 ・シャワーで温かいお湯が出るのは5分ほど。小さい子を連れての家族５人旅で、３人くらいはいつも冷たいシャワーを浴びなければならなかった。疲れが取れない。 ・ヘアドライヤーが熱で溶けてネチョネチョ。いちいち交渉して変えてもらわないといけない。

家族旅行で利用。 Wifi 、キッチン一式、洗濯機、乾燥機、食洗機、アイロン等基本的なものが揃っていて快適に過ごせました。床も綺麗でした。 スーパーでビーフパイやステーキ肉を買ってきて焼いて食べましたが、リーズナブルな上にとても美味しかったです。スーパーで人参や玉ねぎなどの野菜をバラ買いできるし、カップスープもヨーグルトも美味しいし、プチ海外生活を楽しみながらリラックスできました。 スタッフはみんな親切で日本語もわかるので英語ができなくても大丈夫です。念の為出国前に予約の確認メールをしたらすぐに返信ももらえて心強かったです。 あえて言うならエレベーターがないのが残念。 繁華街からは少し離れていますが、安心して利用できるホテルです。
