What a tremendous luxurious decadent stop

This is the most special place I’ve ever visited! The grounds are gorgeous, and the rooms are cozy and beautifully decorated. The hotel staff go above and beyond to make sure you have all your needs met. I can not wait to return!

자연풍경이 아름답지만 주차가 헬인 데이아에서 라 레시덴시아 호텔은 최고의 서비스와 안락함을 제공하는 숙소였어요 불편함을 내 손 하나 쓰지않고 처리해주는 서비스와 친절함은 이 호텔이 비싼 이유를 납득하기에 충분했어요 한 가지 아쉬움이 있다면 샤워기 수압이 약하다는점? 그 점만 고치면 시설도 완벽했습니다!!

Most gorgeous property and most helpful and gracious staff ever. Pool was wonderful. Breakfast over the top. Lovely spa. The art work all over the resort is incredible, courtesy of local artists. Breathtaking views of the mountains. Loved everything. Can’t wait to come back.

Struttura poetica, personale gentile e attento, ottimi ristoranti. Lontana dal centro di Maiorca, ma qui si può respirare l’intimità dell’isola , i suoi silenzi, la sua poesia. Camera di ottimo livello, buona la pulizia; forse si dovrebbe avere un maggior controllo sui particolari: sciacquone del bagno difettoso, armadi difficili da aprire, che richiederebbero una maggiore manutenzione. Comunque, ritornando a Palma de Maiorca, ritornerei sicuramente qui

Stunning hotel. Felt relaxed as soon as arrived. The staff were just anazing. Friendly, helpful and attentive. Just the relaxing stay we needed. The experiences provided by the hotel made the stay even more special. The restaurant provides a very romantic meal overlooking Deia and the mountains in the distance. We will be back!!

for all the hype about this property from other travelers we were disappointed by the variety of food options (delicious but very limited - eg. just wanted a simple lunch to tide us over - not a $30 Euro something) & loudness in the rooms (a carpet here or there would really help). The value for dollar was unexpected. should have had an alternative for the fixed price dinner $180 eu was steep. the location and facility was lovely but value for dollar was not.

Genuinely one of the best Hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The property was immaculate. The service was phenomenal and the facilities were excellent. I could not recommend La Residencia more. 10/10

Disappointing - beware. We booked a Double Deluxe room at a very high rate at this hotel and were told at check-in that we were being given a “double upgrade” to a Jr Suite. We were initially very excited about this until we realized that although our room was a bit bigger than what we had booked, it only had 3 tiny little windows at awkward heights that looked directly into other guest rooms or level with the pool restaurant diners so we no view of anything and could not have the shutters/drapes open without having people able to peer directly into our room. In the end, when saw the rooms our friends received and looked at our booking confirmation and the website, we wished we’d insisted on being given the lovely room that we’d actually booked with large, bright windows/French doors and a nice outlook rather than the inferior room we had. Our room (#29) did not resemble the airy, bright Jr Suites that you see on the hotel’s website and it definitely did not feel worth what we paid at all.
