Das Superior DZ war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat viel Platz geboten. Wir hatten 2 große Queen-Betten, einen Tisch mit 4 Stühlen, Sessel mit Beistelltisch, Kühlschrank, Spüle, ein sehr großes Bad und einen separaten Raum mit Toilette und Waschbecken. Der Balkon war nicht ganz so ansprechend, aber auch in Ordnung zum draußen sitzen. Die Wohnung war allerdings im 1. OG ohne Aufzug. Parken konnten wir kostenlos an der Straße unmittelbar vor der Schranke zum Hotelparkplatz. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und fanden Frühstücks- und Dinner-Buffet jeweils sehr gut mit viel Auswahl, die Preise für Getränke moderat.

We have friends locally so our time spent in the hotel was minimal and didn't use the pool or gym if there is one. It's very clean and our room was calm and spacious, though because it is a big complex, it felt like a long walk just to get to the path or beach, but other rokms face the pool and are more central. It's generally well maintained and you can see staff working around the site but there were still areas that are overlooked, like woodwork in the bathroom. It's not a deal breaker as it was very nice. My major gripe was an incredibly rude member of staff in the restaurant and i refused to go in afterwards as Rota has plenty of places to eat and drink; his behavior caused me to spend my money elsewhere because of him tutting and blowing his disapproval at us. It was however, one person, and most staff were pleasant and friendly.

The access to the beach is so easy. Staff has been great every time I have stayed there. Good food at restaurants. Easy parking too.

The room was very large but the stove didn’t work, the outlet by the bed wasn’t working and the heat would not come on.

The room was ver clean and the staff was very friendly and professional.

Our stay was pleasant. We had trouble finding our room due to some construction but other than that our stay was great!

L'hotel est agréable, sur la plage, sa concéption autour de plusieurs patios est très sympa. La chambre était ok, pas très grande, mais le lit peu confortable. Le personnel de l'acceuil est agréable mais le personnel du restautant/bar et du petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas très sympa, dommage

Buffet - great selection. Problem is tha breakfast was not available until 8.00am and everyone staying at the hotel had to be at a local tournament by 8.30am. They should have been more helpful at opening earlier. Secondly the car parking is now charged for all guests - and on every entry / exit. It was free last year. The bar service though friendly was very slow. Great location, nice clean rooms. Maybe tea and coffee in the rooms would be a nice addition as it is common practice in most hotels.
