Staffing very friendly, but the room was filthy Mold on ceeling, dirty carpet full of dust, behind the one bad I found a pair of socks, some left over food, hair all over the bathroom floor. We could not stay, my husband have Asma and allergies.

Just under a mile away from the Horley train station and a short drive to the Gatwick airport. Rooms are spread between the first and second floor with shuttle service and breakfast options available. Minor issues with the room where the shower was not draining properly, but was still able to freshen up. Like most houses in the UK no AC units were available in the room, but the window and time of year provided enough cooling needed for the night. Staff are friendly and the rooms were quiet enough to get a restful night's sleep before my flight out the next day.

The hotel was in a convenient location and was relatively inexpensive for the area.

Nice welcome, nice room, nice food. Handy for the airport. Only 15 minutes walk from the station.

Dette er et topp sted om du trenger et billig og bra sted nær Gatwick Airport. De har pusset opp stedet. 15 min rolig gange fra Horley Railway station. Lokal buss også mulig til og fra flyplassen. 7 min gange fra hotellet.

Cheap room for our last night in England. We had a 3 single beds room: two were clean but one had stains on the sheets. Noisy at night. Appreciated the shuffle to get to the airport (5£ / person). Near a very nice restaurant Ye Olde Six Bells to end well a trip.

Chambre simple mais propre et grande pour une personne. Toilette avec une excellente pression d'eau et localisation parfaite pour l'aeroport Gatwick. Ils proposent aussi un shuttle pour l'aeroport pour faciliter les transports (meme si on peut trouver des transport en commun en venant de l'aeroport)

Very convenient hotel, especially if using the airport!! Food was excellent!

It was a last minute booking as I had made an error which left us with no accommodation. We were so relieved that they had a room & breakfast included. We were booked in promptly even though it wasn't check in time. We were offered upgrade for English breakfast for 2 &transport to airport. We were happy with both but it meant an extra cost of £25. We later regretted this as our English breakfast was a let down, I had to find someone to make sure we got the breakfast we paid, mushrooms were cold, sausages were nice but not worth it. Transport was a bit dear but it meant we didn't have to worry about missing bus to airport.

Nice and clean room. Close to Gatwick Airport but i couldn't hear the planes. Shuttle to airport is a great feature

Staff was friendly and the lunch at the cafe and dinner at the restaurant was great. The chicken wings, buttered chicken and naan bread was just what was needed after hours of travelling. Coffee and water was available in the room. We did have a few drinks in the bar and sat back and relaxed in the outdoor sitting area. It is only a 10-15 minute walk to Horley town center (which has restaurants, pharmacies, bars, wetherspoons, Tesco, etc) and train station. Texaco, with an asda express, is only a 5-10 minute walk up the road. Bathrooms were clean and shower had lots of pressure and hot water. Beds were ok but my cousin found she could feel the bed springs in hers. We had trouble getting the heated rack in the bathroom to work but that may have had to do with our lack of knowledge on how to use it. We used the shuttle service to get to the airport which was cheaper than the 20 pounds for taxi to the hotel from the airport upon arrival. The hotel suited our needs and the price was right for the end of our 2 weeks vacation. Would consider staying at this hotel again.

Small room, which was ok. Not particularly clean floor and bathroom. A lot of noice from the hallway when late arrivals / early risers walked by the room. Paper thin doors. Ended up with a parking fine, because the receptionist didn't note my license plate properly. Overall, not a great experience, even though expectations where low.
