Great location and great hotel

Rummet var inte helt rent lite grus och en nöt under bänken, jacuzzin var avstängd men väldigt svårt att få tag på den informationen innan vilket var väldigt tråkigt. Hördes väldigt mycket in till rummet man bodde i.

Ikke aircondition på rommet og ikke noe info i forkant om at det ikke var det. Ikke særlig ren dusj. Svært trang parkerings garasje. Litt dårlig utvalg i frokost buffen

The family room was clean and well-equipped. The hotel itself was undergoing some construction which didn't have any detrimental impact on our stay, though. A breakfast slot needs to be booked via the hotel's website but they are quite lenient if you're showing up a bit later. The breakfast was really good and the staff was very quick at restocking. The hotel itself is located within walking distance of the town centre and very close to the Ullevi.

Saknade trappa för att komma till och från rummet. Det var väldigt omständigt. Hissarna var konstant flaskhals.

Ingen ventilation. Väldigt varmt i rummet och ingen service.

Utter chaos at the elevators. Incompetent and rude front desk personnel. Never coming back.

Incheckning vid 15 ist för 16! Checkar hellre ut 11 än 12 om man får checka in tidigare

Bra hotell på alla sätt, ligger bra till. Parkering finns under hotellet.

Mycket trivsamt hotell. Välstädade rum och mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Although it’s a place chosen by families with young children, our room remained remarkably quiet throughout the entire visit. We slept well, relaxed easily, and felt genuinely comfortable. The room and bathroom were newly renovated, modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast buffet, truly outstanding in both variety and quality.
