Everything was wonderful

Everything was perfect and seamless.

Clean, spacious room, hardwood or laminate floors (big plus instead of carpets), and well stocked on toiletries. Front desk was very friendly. Smooth check-in and out

We have been there many times and it has not let us down yet.

Very nice rooms. Location was great. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. I will stay here again.

Very over rated hotel. We had a really bad experience with check in staff. We waited 20minutes in line for the check in staff to mess up our rooms, then had to wait another 20 min in line to talk to her again. She was extremely condescending. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable and hard.

Room was clean, however there were some clothing items left in room from previous guest. The room service was responsive, quick and excellent . Room was great and the restaurant was top tier. TV’s are dated though… people want to stream.

Great room and super clean. Check in and out was super fast. Loved the live music at Perspectives.
