Smelly, loud, out dated, disgusting.

Very neat and clean comfortable room

Excellent service. The diner connected to the property was convenient and had great food.

Upon check-in, we were given our room number and not informed that they had sold out of the double queen rooms we had booked (despite booking this room months in advance). We discovered they changed our room to a king bed with a pull out sofa when we got to the room, leaving us to go back to the lobby, which we were then told they over sold the double queen rooms. Unclear why we were not informed this upon check in. They did compensate us with a free breakfast. Our tub also would not drain and my husband was given drain cleaner to pour in himself. The king bed was comfortable, however, the pull out sofa bed was horrible. Would not stay here again.

Room furniture was in good shape and up to date aesthetically. In terms of cleanliness, it was pretty good, but we pulled out the sofa bed and it was covered in Dorito crumbs and candy. Staff was nice upon check in And when we called for new sheets for the pullout they delivered them immediately but I had to all for them to take off the old sheets which I really didn’t feel I should be responsible to do. We were left with clean sheets and Dorito crumbs on the floor though. The hot tub, one of the main reasons for booking here, was luke warm and seemed to have a film floating on it, similar to the pool. Disappointing to have this experience especially at $250 for the night.

Stay was great except the dirty stained couch in the room… Otherwise, everything was great! Very friendly staff and a great restaurant called the Airport Diner.

The property needs updating and a deep cleaning but the location is convenient.

Wasn't happy with the bathtub/shower water pressure and slippery when showering.

Staff was very pleasant and professional, room was very clean and comfortable, staff and food at restaurant very good. My room was wheelchair and handicap accessible. I just wondered if there was a safety hazard to water on floor from shower running into area around sink near electrical outlets. Thank you
