Staff friendly and professional. Resturant food very good. Room was spacious and clean. Mattress needs to be replaced, like sleeping in a hammock( room 30)

Easy check in. Room was clean. Bathroom nice and clean. Lots of pillows! (Matters to me a lot!)

Very basic hotel, no breakfast, no pool. Clean, slightly dated, friendly front desk staff, over priced as it’s near Casino Rama.

Pro: Air conditioning very effective. Staff very friendly and easy parking. Con: small and only half bottle of shampoo, not enough for two guest. Carpet feels wet.

Nice Hotel ,took one star away for noisy ceiling fan that comes on with the light.

Check in slow, 2 desk clerks one goes on break right during check in time. Did not get room we booked ruined our weekend. Room wd git mediocre at best. Even hot tub in hotel closed for maintenance. Worst stay at a best western we’ve ever had.

Perfect stay - only concern was a jettted tub had mold in the jets - never thought it was a good idea to have jetted tubs in hotels as they are impossible to maintain

Premises a little rundown. Door was broken. Key card had to be reprogrammed several times during stay. Staff was very helpful though. Lots of stains, scratches on doors, water stains on ceiling.

The staff were incredible. Beds & showers amazing & room was super spacious. It will be our go-to hotel for our Orillia visits for now on!
