We were really impressed with the property. Our room was spacious and very clean. The dinner we had was fantastic, every course was memorable. The staff were very helpful and receptive to our needs. Would definitely recommend this resort

Wonderful location

Such an amazing property, we absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were super friendly and and extremely helpful. The concierge team deserve a special thanks as they consistently went above and beyond.

Never expected to find such a gem in this location! 10 minutes from downtown Biarritz. A beautiful tailored property on a lake. Rooms and bathrooms are huge. The best bed ever! Super friendly for dogs. Don’t miss dinner in their restaurant.

Alles war perfekt, ich wäre am liebsten geblieben.

El hotel está muy bien, la gente es super amable y muy atentos. El entorno es precioso. Hemos elegido la suite presidencial y la habitación principal y todo el piso superior es maravilloso. La pena es que la 2ª habitación es muy pequeña (no tenía sitio ni para dejar la maleta) y además, hemos ido con 2 personas mayores, y no ha sido nada cómodo para ellas puesto que están comunicadas por una escalera de caracol bastante estrecha.

Beautiful hotel and property, and beautifully maintained grounds. The rooms were spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Great linens, toiletries, and towels. My only complaint was that they weren’t clear with us about whether breakfast was included and neglected to tell us the price- 35 EUR pp, and 7 EUR pp for tea! It’s a five star hotel so it sort of makes sense, but seems a bit steep given the area and what we paid for the room. Would’ve been nice to mention it ahead of time.

Una parada en un viaje más largo que tiene de todo lo que se necesita para tener un buen descanso. El enclave es maravilloso junto al lago La limpieza es para mencionar que bien está mantenido
