Our bath tub had hair in it, so it could be cleaned a bit better. Overall we had a good experience, the pool was a hit and breakfast was good.

Pool was super fun for the kids but was very crowded and very loud! Staff were amazing and answered all questions immediately.

Very glad pet friendly. Unable to enjoy hot tub as sign reads no one under 12 allowed, but 3-6 children in it at all times. Some as youg as 5. Hotel staff didn't enter pool area once. Rose was wonderful, but i don't think she was aware.

Kids loved the pool! Room was clean however the safe in the room wouldn’t properly close kept swinging open but to tell the whole truth we didn’t put much effort in to solving the problem :-) good stay and kids had a great time.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The building is getting dated. The tv’s don’t have internet access and the wifi is pretty sad. Kids had difficulty streaming their games and shows. Clean but showing it’s age

Room and pool need to be updated . Bathroom floor cracked . Pool are so very cold and water is cold and could use a good cleaning

We had a good stay and the kids had fun in the pool, the waterslide is a good time, the family room is great for a family of 7!! A few small things that could be improved: the toilet seat didn’t stay up in the bathroom, 3 boys are messy when they tinkle. The hot tub wasn’t very hot. There is a drain at the bottom of the pool in front of the water slide, 2 of my boys hurt their foot on it. A smart tv would be a big improvement. Breakfast was mediocre.

Everything was wonderful at the hotel. We had a great time.

Front desk and all the staff I encountered were great! The room was clean. But breakfast was a downer. In the hotels defence I feel a lot of hotel breakfasts have gone down since the pandemic.

The girl at front desk was rude to kids the key cards barely unlocked the door and the pool is terrible. Only deep spot is in front of the slide it's get hit in face with kids coming from slide or be up to your ankles in water. Terrible terrible terrible
