Quarto super confortável e limpo. Equipe maravilhosa e localização excelente. Único ponto negativo é que não tem cardápio direcionado a vegetarianos. Por exemplo, fui solicitar room service e minha única opção era omelete de legumes. Tinha diversos pratos e lanches, mas nenhum incluía opção vegetariana.

Ficamos no quarto luxo, muito confortável, andar alto, de frente. O hotel é bem localizado. Os atendentes foram bem atenciosos. A piscina, embora coberta, não é aquecida. Essa informação estava errada no site. Mas o local da piscina e da academia é convidativo para relaxar. Tem restaurante no hotel e um espaço bem aprazível para drinks ou para um café sem pressa. Dá para caminhar até a Av Paulista. Tem uma padaria famosa ao lado do hotel, aberta 24 horas. Nas proximidades o comércio é variado, lojas e o Shopping Center 3. Fomos à missa dominical das 11horas na Igreja de São Luiz Gonsaga. O padre cheio de unção, em um ambiente de muita paz. Foi um fim de semana bem tranquilo, para desfrutar da Av. Paulista.

Room was clean and with great view. Great location to get around the city. Breakfast was ok, preferred to go out for breakfast. But fruits got my attention and fresh juice. Loved the stay, will most likely stay again next time.

Room is very clean and well designed, location is perfect. Just the internet is on and off, so It’s hard to do work for business travel work. Although room service food doesn’t taste good, the breakfast is still awesome.

This was the 2nd time staying at this property. Both times the Air Conditioning system did not work. The first room I had on this trip also had plumping issues. I moved to a 2nd room, and air conditioning still not working. Gave them another chance this 2nd time and was unbearable. Front Desk staff lied to guests saying the system was working when it clearly was not. Rooms were at 30 C. I finally checked out after one night and went to another hotel with working Air Conditioning. Spoke to a manager before I left, asking for a refund, that he promised he would deliver, and after 1 week, still no refund. Avoid this property
