Es un hotelto para descansar por turismo o trabajo. El personal muy educados y atentos a ayudarte que la estadi sea exelente. Desayuno muy completo de muy buena calidad. servicios de agua, cafe, pasteleria, colas, cervezas, fruta,bocadillos y mas 24 horas disponible sin costo.

Me encanta el ARTIEM. Todo nuevo, limpio, personal muy amable y café, agua, zumos y comida de todo tipo para picar a disposición del cliente cuando llegas. Más una cuidada política ambiental.

Hotel fantástico y cómodo.

Breakfast was great and the hotel and staff are first class. It takes a little effort to get to the main attractions but we navigated the subway and used Ubers when time was a constraint. Highly recommended!

Loved the green room to relax after a hard days site seeing. Great breakfast. Sustainability efforts felt reasonably genuine for once. Close to metro gave us good mobility.

The breakfast was excellent. Hotel is located in a quiet residential area, but pretty far from downtown Madrid. I enjoyed the stay.

Este hotel tiene todo lo que necesitas para una experiencia maravillosa en Madrid. Si bien no está cerca del centro hay una estación de metro a 10 minutos la cual te conectará con la ciudad. El staff fue muy amable y el desayuno delicioso. ¡Sin duda escogí un hotel 10/10 para mis vacaciones en Madrid!

The a/c wasn’t working and the room was hot.

Recepção excelente, quartos excelentes, grandes e confortáveis. Nao é próximo do centro, mas com transporte próximo. Recomendo
