Nice stay, charming room. I liked leaving my key at reception so I don’t lose it during the day. Central to a lot of the activities I was doing but the street was quiet.

A perfect place. A short walk to San Marco and the water buses. But far enough away from the crowds. Older place but had everything, including breakfast. People were taking pictures outside of the little bridges. Very cute.

4 kişilik bir aile olarak 1 gece konakladık. Otelin ana binasının dışında karşı binada zemin kat bir oda verildi. Temizlik yönünden bir sıkıntı yoktu fakat çok ağır bir nem kokusu vardı. 2 klimanın çalışmasına rağmen nem ve koku kaldığımız süre boyunca hiç değişşmedi. Bu durum bu binaya mı özel yoksa diğer odalar da mı böyle bilmiyorum. Bu durumun giderilmesi lazım. Kahvaltı içerik olarak güzel ve yeterliydi fakat orada da sıcaktan kahbaltı yapmak malesef çok zor ve keyifsizdi. Açıkçası genel olarka soğutma ile ilgili bir sorun var, bu durum Venedik'e mi özek bilmiyorum ama mesela girdiğimiz market ve mağazalar gayet serindi , umarım diğer odalarda bu durum yaşanmıyordur. 1 gün kalacağımız için çok önemsemedik ama uzun süre kalacakların bu konuya dikkat etsinler.

This was a great location but we were in a separate building from the main building with the lobby which was a bit inconvenient. Also we had some issues and were required to pay before arriving in order to hold our reservation which was not what we booked. So a bit of stress with that. Overall though a good experience.

This property was in a great quiet location and a short walk to everything Venice has to offer. Only one small hiccup was the A/C wasn’t working and it made it very hot in the room. The staff did their best and brought some fans to help

The room was nice and relatively big bathroom. There was good fresh towels and everything was clean. Room had coffee and tea complimentary. Was close to saint marcs square. Well maintained property

This hotel was nice enough but the air conditioning could have been better and there was a power outage for a whole day (not their fault) which made the room temperature that night awful.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast room was small so hard to accommodate parties of more than 2 people.

All was good, but had to go to another site as main hotel was booked out. My biggest issue was not enough shelving especially in bathroom.

Terrible experience overall. When we arrived the receptionist was not helpful and did not inform us of the rooms location. We were sent to a building that was unattached to the main building. No one had disclosed this information to us as I had booked a room on the hotels property, to be sent at least a block away. The building was not in good conditions, creepy, lonely, and honestly scary. We didn’t feel safe throughout the night. We could hear people coming into the building throughout the whole night, our windows looked out onto a plaza where tours were standing right outside the window. There was a window in the bathroom that was directly in sight of construction happening in the building. When we mentioned all these things to the front desk they did not take accountability for the deceptive situation. They were entirely unhelpful and honestly quite rude. Breakfast was okay but the staff there were the only people who were kind.

The first room they put us was room 601 which is in the other building and it was musty smelling, dark and dingy. It was like sleeping in a basement. It was horrible. The manager did upgrade us to a better room which we really appreciated however we would not stay there again. Location was great and it was quiet.

Veldig sentralt. Fin italiensk atmosfære, med kort vei til det meste. Enkel men god frokost med hyggelig personale. Mangler litt på standard til å kalles reelt 4 stjerners hotell; aircondition virket ikke, en del støy nattestid, harde senger, begrenset service fra personale. Ble plassert i annekset.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and our accommodations were comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located just 15 minutes away from San Marco Square. The continental breakfast was complimentary and delicious. However, it’s worth noting that you can book your taxi (back to airport) with the hotel, but I highly recommend booking your own as soon as possible, as it’s significantly cheaper.

One of the more unique stays we've ever had. A converted great room, with views of churches and the canals. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Location was minutes from the plaza. Lots to see and do...restaurants and souvenir shops a plenty.

Já é a segunda vez que ficamos nesse hotel e adoramos novamente!
