Really enjoyed our stay here - the room was very comfortable - not overly big, but that's Europe. Staff was helpful, breakfast was very good, and the location is excellent.

Le prix de la chambre categorie supérieure de plus de 510 € ne correspond pas du tout au prix affiché a l accueil (140 €) et ne correspond pas du tout au standing d une chambre et d un hotel pour plus de 510 €. Cette pratique est totalement abusive et trompeuse.

Super hôtel, rien à dire. Je recommande chaudement cet hôtel!

Mon épouse et moi avons été surclassés. Très belle suite. et personnel sympa. Rien à redire.

Hôtel très vieillissant, les chambres sont petites mal isolé et pas très propres… Le prix lui par contre est bien digne d’un 4 étoiles… À rafraîchir d’urgence

Les plus = accessibilité parking et la proximité avec le vieux Lille tout en étant au calme. Le personnel est agréable. La literie est confortable. C’est propre. Les moins = chambre très petite, et surtout après une soirée sous la neige nous voulions prendre une douche chaude. Surprise il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. Après 10min à gaspiller de l’eau j’ai dû me doucher à. l’eau tiède. Nous pensions que les avis de mai et septembre étaient isolés et résolus mais ce n’était pas le cas. Les escaliers auraient besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement également. Nous sommes déçus de ce manque de confort pour notre weekend en amoureux dans un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Comfortable, clean hotel in walking distance of old town, Xmas markets, shops, museums etc and with several nice restaurants nearby. Room good but could do with more clothes storage e.g. drawers. Staff on reception very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast OK but was very crowded one day; we had to wait and not at the time the hotel says will be busy. If travelling Eurostar you can just about walk it to hotel with light luggage but it’s really a taxi.

The best meal I enjoyed during my two weeks in Europe was less than two blocks away!

The family mezzanine room layout was cramped if you have older children. It would have been a struggle if staying for more than 1 night. Also the bathroom was very small with the toilet separate. Excellent location right in the heart of the old town.

Nous avons trouver un hotel quelconque qui ne mérite pas 4 etoiles , miroir de salle de bain cassé,salle de bain sale chambre très petite fenêtre ne fermant pas et la cerise sur le gâteau pas d-eau chaude pendant 3 jours inacceptable

Personnel extrêmement agréable et à disposition pour que tout le séjour se passe au mieux. Je recommande !

Après 8 tentatives pour contacter l'hôtel par téléphone avant mon arrivée...je n'ai réussi à joindre personne. Je souhaitais des informations sur le parking. En arrivant à l'hôtel...j'ai sonné au parking...mais aucune réponse! Personne n'était non plus à la réception. J'ai finalement trouvé la réceptionniste...elle à regardé ma réservation et m'a demandé de payer pour la nuit d'hôtel alors que l'intégralité du règlement avait été fait sur internet... Un check-in DIFFICILE!

Gemiddeld hotel voor korte vakantie. Het hotel ligt gunstig om de stad Lille te verkennen. Het ontbijt is goed. Een kapstok in het halletje van je kamer, voor je jas, is wel zo prettig. De kast voor je kleren is zeer klein. Een stoel op de kamer, die verborgen zit achter een tafeltje, is het minimum. Maar hoe kom ik zonder een interne verhuizing in de stoel.

The service was excellent and the hotel is located just on the edge of the touristy part of Lille and in walking distance from everything including the two trainstations. It's quiet and convenient. Again the service splendid. But the hotel is showing age, and the price for the rooms was really outrageous given that they are not much above one could get in a well run hotel ibis. The breakfast buffet was meh. You are better off going to one of the many cute little places in the area.

Rapport qualité prix tres bon, chambre et salle de bains de tailles correctes. Propreté et tres bon accueil

The property had a musty smell throughout which was not pleasant. Facilities were poor given the apparent 4 star rating I.e. no bar or restaurant on site. It was difficult to find and access to the underground car park was also unclear and not as it should be.

Cet hôtel, bien qu'un peu vieillot, est bien situé pour une visite piétonne du centre ville. Petit déjeuner bon et copieux, mais personnel un peu dépassé à l'heure de pointe (9h00- 10h00). Bouteilles d'eau appréciables dans la chambre. Personnel sympathique et accueillant.

Hotel is getting old, but it's clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel is great, 50 metres far from restaurants, and a few hundred metres from old down town.
