Great breakfast. Clean quiet room. Great location near US/Canada border.

It was a good stay. The front desk check in and check out was great

Everything was perfect from clean room and bathrooms to staff . Breakfast had many varieties.

Room couldn't maintain a temperature, pool was never open and there was no clear signage to keep you from going in while it was disgusting and unusable, coffee was trash, rooms were barely cleaned. There was a lot of build up in the washroom and splashed liquids on most surfaces. There were no maintenance staff the whole weekend so no issues would be addressed properly.

What a nice hotel. It was super clean and the room was well stocked . The beds were a dream for sleeping :) Breakfast was very good with a variety of both hot and cold items: Fruit, cereal, waffles, eggs, meat, cheese, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt , juice etc. Lots to choose from The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Ryley made sure everything was to our liking . There was also a young man at the front desk each morning ( I regret I didn’t get his name ) was also very kind and helpful. We didnt use the pool or exercise room so I can’t comment on that. I’m sure it would be great as well! I was really impressed with this hotel and would definitely stay again .

We intended to stay 2 nights. I had to work in the room and everything was good. The sofa they have is terrible. It is uncomfortable, with no cushions to help make it comfortable. microwave, fridge, and sink made it very convenient. Unfortunately, there was a power outage in the city, so we left early. The room was getting cold and sun was starting to go down, so we drove home. Everyone was nice and friendly. Great that there is always coffee and tea in the lobby.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and there was a large dining area.

The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was good, lots of variety. Close to restaurants, downtown and the highway.

Place was clean not a ton of hot water but besides that no complaints

We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and always have a great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable, and we really enjoy the free breakfast. The pool is also a nice bonus. Overall, a consistently great place to stay. 😊

The heating systems did not work in the room

Clean, but noisy room. The heater "ticked" every time it went off, constantly waking us up. There was an event in Windsor when we were staying there, so the hotel was full; they should have taken this into account for the breakfast. All items were low or empty already when we went to eat at 6:30.

Wonderful hotel! Clean, quiet, comfortable, rooms are up to date. Staff were welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious!
