Very good location with lots of restaurants near . not too far from the town ! good location

The hotel is very musty smelling. The room was unacceptable. One of the curtains had a massive hole in the middle of it. We had to kill 2 large bugs crawling around on the floor. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet and was not secured to the toilet properly and would slide all over when seated. The vanity top was barely holding on and sagging off the wall. The bed frame was bent and broken.

Pas propre, odeur de renfermé, air climatisé très très bruyant, pas d'ascenseur et beaucoup d'escalier. Restaurant déjeuner adjacent très pratique

We got a corner room for four adults. Room wasn't very large but was still clean and comfy.

Overall it was ok but there was something strange about this hotel chain. I had stayed in the same hotel in Burlington Ontario. It was newer, cleaner, coffee and hot water always available, and a self service breakfast included. The branch in Sherbrooke, no coffee was available unless we paid. The breakfast was included BUT with almost no option. No pancakes , no cheese, no milk, no fruits, i found them cheap and stingy.

The pet fee was high@ $50 plus tax. We had a ground floor room that had a sliding door with a broken lock . When asked if we could move to a room with secure doors none were available. We were offered a discount on pet free by 2 different personnel. So far no charge has been reversed on visa as promised. Breakfast was at restaurant next door. Vouchers did not include service which was unexpected

Pros - Free breakfast from the restaurant beside. - Amazing location. Nearby stores, Galaxy cinema, rigolo for kids and lots of trails to walk. - Staff super helpful. They try their best with what they have. - Everything work, for what a regular hotel is. Cons - For the free breakfast, plan out tips, the waitress are quite edgy on it. Understandable, however it should be covered by the hotel. Otherwise what's the meaning of free? - TV channels aren't up to 2026. If you're from the new generations, plan your own devices. - No laundromat on site, plan out a trip to laudromat that are quite far away. - Lots of stairs, strollers and wheelchairs struggle. - Outdated booking. Cannot rebook the same room easily. Check out and check in leave a 4 hours gap where we can be stranded. Conclusion It's worth it. Specially the restaurant beside is amazing. Just plan out for the cons so it reduces some frustrations.

Le tarif exigé pour les animaux est abusif: 50$/ animal et c’est TRÈS difficile à trouver sur le site. Ce fut une surprise à mon arrivée! La chambre est hyper humide. Le papier peint décolle, ça doit être le festival de la moisissure! Bref à éviter. À peine correct pour une nuit. Heureusement ils font affaire avec le resto déjeuner à même l’hôtel Le déjeuner est donc bon. Choix limité. Le reste est en extras.

Bien situé, bon service, le personnel est très gentil. Le restaurant accessible est très bien pour le déjeuner. Moins aimé les tapis des corridors étaient sales, le plancher flottant de la chambre a été posé avec beaucoup de craque dans le plancher ( pas bien installé ), il y avait une immense tache au plafond laissant comprendre un dégât d’eau de l’étage supérieur, la porte de la salle de Bain qui ne ferme pas bien dû à l’humidité et douche qui coule laissant comprendre d’où vient le problème d’humidité !

The hotel needs a makeover! It hasn’t been renovated in a long time. Everything is broken or damaged. The sliding door of our room wasn’t sliding and Nails were coming out from everywhere. It also smells weird.

Good value for money. Rooms are big and beds comfortable. Hotel would benefit from further renovations.

My experience at the hotel was not up to expectations. The condition of the property appeared outdated, with carpets that seemed to have gone untouched for many years, and a noticeable stale, musty odor throughout the facility. While the bed was clean and properly made, I found the room inconsistent with the premium pricing typically associated with upscale hotels. The staff were courteous; however, overall, the experience did not align with the standards I anticipated based on the franchise's reputation and the images presented on Hotel.com.

Hébergement satisfaisant pour le prix…les chambres étaient très propres et le déjeuner (restaurant à côté) etait parfait .

Nous avons passé la nuit du 2 au 3 juillet 2026 au Quality Hotel & Suites de Sherbrooke. À part le lit qui était confortable et la climatisation fonctionnelle, l’état des lieux laissait à désirer. Premièrement la toilette. Étant une personne dans les 6 pieds (1 mètre 90) et d’un poids dépassant les 300 livres, une petite toilette ronde n’est jamais confortable, mais en plus, le siège n’était même pas bien fixé. De plus, la tapisserie, oui oui dans la toilette, avait fait son temps et semblait cacher des mauvaises nouvelles près du bain. Le carrelage avait vu de meilleurs jours aussi ainsi que le miroir… Il n’y avait qu’une chaise que je devais adosser au lit, car le dossier basculait facilement et les accoudoirs étaient collants, vraiment dégoutants.... Même le déjeuner fourni avait des limitations, alors nous sommes allés ailleurs.
