Friendly service from the receptionists (Emily, Chiara), amenities in the lobby such as a coffee machine and snacks; restaurant; comfortable room with soundproof window; excellent cleanliness; air conditioning; great shower. I only have one suggestion: it would be great if there was a shuttle service from the hotel to the train station in the city center, which is about 4km away.

Fint hotel til prisen - særligt til en enkelt overnatning eller to når man er på gennemrejse. Dejligt stort værelse inkl. god morgenmad og gratis parkering. Hotellet havde et lille gym med løbebånd, cykel og lidt vægte, så man nemt kunne få bevæget kroppen. Alt i alt en rigtig fin oplevelse.

Hôtel agréable avec possibilité de restauration. Très bonne accueil par le personnel.

Afastado do centro. Impossível ir a pé. Táxi da estação para o hotel e ou para o centro 10 euros. Café da manhã excelente. Pessoal da recepção muito gentil. Um pouco barulhento pois os apartamentos não possuem nas portas material contra o barulho.

Nice hotel. Well located near Arezzo.

Room was cozy, easy access, free parking and very friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful and coffee was good. We had late night arrival and leafy early. Only thing in negative side was the fetter pillows. First time ever in my hotel night, me being allergic, wish I did have a choice.

peggio di cosi non si può: arrivati in albergo troviamo il lavandino del bagno che scorre; alla richiesta di cambio camera, ne danno una con letto per disabili più piccolo di quello matrimoniale richiesto in fase di prenotazione. Si cambia camera di nuovo, e in questa mancava il telecomando della televisione. alla reception la risposta è stata: mi dispiace non abbiamo altri telecomandi. Puzza in camera e sporcizia ovunque. CAMBIATE ALBERGO.
