Friendly, helpful staff from check-in, arrival to departure. Amazing suite, with high quality furnishings, and incredible views. Great stay, will book here again soon. Highly recommend!

We alway stay here on our trips to BC! The location, full kitchen, and spaciousness are unbeatable.

The patio was not private and it invaded personal space for the guests in both rooms. Other than that and the construction, everything was perfect.

Some lights didn't work, and better TV channels are needed. Other than that, the room was clean when we arrived. More package-included services are also needed

Property is currently under renovation therefore no proper lobby; although you pay for an upgrade to have a room with a ocean view it depends on which side they give you because some rooms get a partial view from the balcony, others are obstructed view by either a tree or building; I think they should upgrade their room and pictures depending on the type of room; obstructed views should cost less vs a good view; when I brought this up to the front desk they gave me a different room with a way better view, other things to note: the train is loud and comes quite often! Rooms have a musty smell! It’s as good as it gets in White Rock I guess! Positive is close to the beach but I wouldn’t stay here again!
