It was clean and convenient for us but rooms are small with only double beds and limited room to walk around beds. Pool wasn't functional yet but should be soon and no fitness center as on website. To be fair it use to be a Motel 6 we are told and they just opened as Baymont a few months ago. We were in the area to visit grandchildren and if we had known the pool wasn't open we would have looked somewhere else.

I thought it was very clean, nice staff breakfast was Good looking, I just had toast, a little noisy in the morning but I felt safe but was disappointed no pool or mainly no hot tub, do to my disability a hot tub helps my bad leg to function the next day

Stayed for a conference and it was fine, but nothing spectacular. No hotel gym. Room was clean enough, but the toilet seat was broken all the way through one side which I can only imagine the germs living there. Bed was average in comfort.

Our room was fine. The property is being upgraded so there is some construction underway, but it did not affect us. Manager was very nice.

Everything overall was ok. I was angry when the guy at the front desk said it was an extra $25 per pet to stay there. That’s the first time that’s ever been mentioned at any hotel anytime anywhere. The hotel was listed as pet friendly but didn’t said anything about it costing extra. That’s precisely why I stayed at this hotel vs any other. It I had been alone, I’d have told the desk clerk off and gone somewhere else but I wasn’t alone and we had traveled all day. I just didn’t appreciate not being told beforehand about the charge. I felt like it was just another way for the hotel to take advantage of me and my situation and gouge some more money out of me.

Kind of in a strange location and the staff almost double charged me my room

The room was very clean, and the staff was amazing. The only thing i disliked was the bed was a little hard for my taste.

The room was well-lit and relatively comfortable; the bed was nice and firm. But the curtains do not block out light from the streetlights and we heard trucks on the Interstate all night long. The room was small, with no room to sit except the bed. The “free” breakfast was substandard; no protein options except overly-sweet yogurt. No whole-grain options, only white bread. During checkin, the receptionist said the room number out loud, something that should NEVER be done. Ever. The hotel is under renovation, so maybe things will improve in the future, but I doubt we’ll select Baymont ever again.

Asked for a tall handicap toilet because we both have knee issues and pain. Also smoke detector was hanging off wall, The bed was a box spring with a foam topper. Not very comfy. No breakfast choices. Belgian waffle batter but , no butter, peanut butter. Very disappointed. American run hotels know what travelers want and try to cater to them.

Great stay. Comfortable, clean, quiet. Would stay again.

The Baymont was recently renovated and everything was very clean and updated. Staff was friendly and helpful..

Room was flooded. The two double beds were very uncomfortable and the one squeaked with every turn or any movement. We probably would have slept better in our car.

First, I will say that the hotel was clean and quiet. However, we saw several issues that wete concerning. 1. The people checking in before us were told that a 3rd party reservation site had canceled their reservation. Despite there being rooms available, the desk agent made no effort to offer those rooms. (I realize the main issue is with the 3rd party booking, but it showed a lack of customer service on the agent's part). 2. There is no local TV service or cable. The only option is Hulu or signing in to your own Netflix/Amazon accounts. 3. The bed was 6 in. from the wall, but had 2 in. of bed frame sticking out. This caused us to crack our shins on them several times. 4. The smoke detector had no battery, there was no outlet cover on one outlet and the tub wasn't caulked where it meets the floor (tjis is hoing to cause water damage eventually) Bottom line, the hotel is affordable, and a safe place to sleep; but it's probably worth spending more for somewhere else.
