This is a really lovely hotel. Huge pool areas with lots of sunbeds. We had booked half board and the food was really good. A couple of gripes, three euros per day to rent the security box in the room was ridiculous considering how much we paid for the week. Also we chose this hotel as it had four padel courts but none were operational which was really disappointing. We would stay here again.

I’ve stayed here before, last summer and I feel the quality of the food has improved, especially the dinner. Location is great. Right by the beach and not too far from the airport. While not in disrepair, the hotel could do with a slight refurbishment. The spa was a nice touch but not all in working order. Steam room was out of order. Guest relations staff were amazing. Lionel paid attention to detail. He heard me mention it was my sister’s bday and when we came back from the spa, wine was delivered to our room. There are definitely more pros than cons to this hotel. I would definitely return. A few repairs and a lick of paint would excel this hotel for me to give 5 stars on everything. The staff and location make this hotel super appealing xx

A superb hotel in a perfect location. Staff were amazing and a special shout out to the animation team who went above and beyond to entertain, even doing shows around the pool in the hot sunshine. Completely recommend a stay at this hotel - it will not disappoint!

Albergo molto bello situato davanti alla spiaggia, ho preso mezza pensione cibo ok, anche sé altre catene offrono più varietà specialmente per la cena . Personale ristorante super carino sempre sorridente e molto piacevole al contrario del personale della reception dove ho incontrato persone fortemente maleducate ed irrispettose assolutamente non attente al cliente . Purtroppo su 4 interazioni 3 sono state pessime credo che alla reception dovrebbero esserci persone empatiche e sorridenti mentre qui era esattamente il contrario

Ottima struttura, buon cibo e staff sempre molto gentile. Le serate sono sempre ben organizzate. Da migliorare la gestione della piscina in quanto le sdraio risultavano sempre occupate già prima dell'orario di apertura.

Zimmer gross, WLAN stabil, Personal freundlich, ca 7 km würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

Wonderful stay, great food and staff. Spotless clean everywhere and bedrooms

Spacious room that was cleaned daily. Staff were lovely and food was a good standard for an all inclusive hotel (We did half board). Our little one enjoyed the Kids club & the disco every evening and the hotel entertainment was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and spacious. Convenient location from the bus station or to the shops/restaurant. The lobby has a wow factor. Rooms are large and great.. the hotel is so big that you need a map. Few minutes walk from your room to the beach. Staff is friendly. Food was great

Our room needed refurbishing: deteriorated furniture and bathroom door. We were next to a service entrance on the ground floor and the noise started at 8:00am; thankful that they waited until then but we were on vacation and couldn’t sleep in. Meals and service were really good. Front desk and reservation staff were solicitous. I would recommend exploring other companies for day trips, but happy they located one. We would go back but would request a different room. Final note: Just be aware that it is windy most of the time and there are crowds at restaurant; the resort was packed.
