The stay was fine and the cost as well. The hotel needs a lot of updates, definitely not a reason to forgo a stay but definitely a one night or passing thru kind of place.

It was an average hotel, nothing fancy. It seemed a bit dingy on the inside but was overall clean and for just one night it had everything we needed. We also really appreciated the free airport shuttle!

I enjoyed my time there I spent two nights and I got to enjoy everything they had to offer, including the casino

Broke my glasses and they had superglue sent to the room and saved my hind

Just a battered looking room, the fridge was loud, there were spots with no trim. It was clean though and the bed was comfy.

It is a large building shaped like a square. The rooms are laid out conveniently. It's a bit of a walk to the pool, restaurant or lobby. The rooms themselves are nicely appointed but the beds are not supportive and actually sag a bit in the middle. Lots of pillows but they are all firm. My room's phone was not working. But maintenance arrived quickly to fix it. I can clearly hear the neighbor's TV.

Room was outdated and could use a refreshing.

It was nice to have a bar to eat and drink at. The bar also had pool, darts, etc. The rooms could be updated though.

I loved this hotel. The pool is a great feature for the kids. The property was clean and the room was great quality especially the bed.

Back parking lots are of loose asphalt. Very loose toilet seat, otherwise, nice bathroom. Is a large single floor hotel.

Fun hotel and good price on Expedia. It was clean. They do have an issue with the shower going hot and cold but they said they have a company trying to troubleshoot it. Also they should heat the pool a little more. Kids didn’t mind but it was cold as an adult. Staff was nice! Ryan and autumn I believe are the ones we talked with!

Room wasn’t clean, no hot water for over half of our stay, and the water from the showerhead actually hurt. When we called about the hot water we were told that Maintenance was looking into it.

The water temperature was very inconsistent. One second burning hot the next freezing cold.

Horrible experience. We booked an animal free room but was not given one. When we complained we were not offred another room We packed everything up.at 9:30 ar night and found another hotel. The hotel is refusing to refund our money eventhough they made the mistake.

This is our go to place in Billings. Great staff and friendly people.

We had three rooms. To start of the front desk lady who checked us in seem very upset just in general. She was not friendly at all. When we got our rooms one room was okay but the other room smelled so bad. We call the front desk and we were switched rooms right away so that was good. That room was okay not great. Lastly one of the rooms had no hot water so on top of everything. else this just felt like the last straw. We will not be returning.
