Nice clean room, very friendly staff!

Door keys didn’t work for most of our stay despite frequent trips to the front desk. Otherwise good for what we needed.

The breakfast left ALOT to be desired, the eggs were terrible, they were out of drink options at 8:15 and no one replenished them prior to the 9:00 am cutoff.

The breakfast was awful, no coffee or other drinks. The room was fine other than the smell. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Some owner changes just taking place and some things to figure out on managing the place. Breakfast available but out of food options by 7 am and stayed 3 nights and room was never attended to.

People running property seem nice and room was clean. Room key would only work once Ave then have to be reset (had to reset at least 5 times during one night stay). TV in room didn’t work. (It was replaced after a while). Side door at end of hall had no lock and was left open. Bathroom clean but smelled of mildew. People working on cars in parking lot at back of property. In addition, you can hear helicopters taking off at near by airport, well into the night. Respond from staff was some version of “it will take time” or “we are working on it.”

They checked me into a room that was occupied... the second room had a overpowering mold smell. I am not an over sensitive person to that. The third room was ok. My room key nevered worked once in the 24 hours i was there. I had to go to the front desk every time i left my room. Housekeeping did not clean my room. I asked them to and they refused. Cars are on blocks outside and all of the trash cans are overflowing... on my last day, there were 7 police cars in the parking lot. I am jot sire what happend but 7 cruisers is never good. This hotel is in chesterfield but it felt like a much rougher area. Stay clear of this place!

First room no hot water or pressure. Second room no hot water no pressure. We were updated to a jacuzzi room. This room was dirty, jacuzzi was unclean. No towels in the room. Asked for towels and they had yellow stains on them. We were told it was a busy weekend and they only had one washing machine. At breakfast the attendant combed his hands through his hair and continued to serve in the breakfast are. The attendant stood there talking to someone for ten minutes. Breakfast was disgusting. Coffee tasted like hot water. Do not book this hotel. My husband wanted to sleep in the car which would have been uncomfortable but cleaner. Hotel in need of an update all over. On a positive note, the agent tried to accommodate us with a room that had hot water. Kudos to him.

The staff were kind, the room was clean. The mattress was terrible though. My back ached for days as a result.

Was just not enjoyable. Horrible smell. Only one elevator worked. The cleaning staff cart was right outside our door the entire time, no one ever came to move it

Greated by very friendly staff. Super clean room with a shower, no tub to step over.

We were given room 114, and the smell was so bad, we asked for a new room. I can't even describe what the smell was, but it was enough to make me dry-heave. Our new room 115 smelled like body odor, but we endured it by turning the AC on low and letting it run. The person at the front desk wasn't friendly and acted as if we were bothering him by checking in. We won't be back, and didn't have a good experience at all.

Understaffed and breakfast was cold. Waited an hour for a room when checking in. The staff did their best. I put the blame on regional managers.

Nice place clean and good breakfast

While the hotel was fairly clean, I will not be staying here again. When we walked to our room, the hall had a bad smell (maybe weed). In the room, we could not raise the shades because they were broken, therefore we had to sit in a dark room. The bed was terrible! I did not feel very safe because it did not appear that the lock to the adjoining room worked well. The chair that was in the room was not fit to sit in unless you wanted to fall backwards. The big disappointment was the breakfast. We have stayed here several times and always loved the gravy and biscuits, none this time! The people next door to us played their TV all night long and someone above us must have been having a stomping contest. (This is not the fault of the hotel, just rude and inconsiderate people) The first time we stayed at this hotel it was great, but it seems to be going downhill. While the price is good, I would rather pay more for a comfortable bed and a good breakfast.

It took around 45 minutes to an hour to get checked in and they changed our room numbers twice. The staff was not very good at changing out the breakfast items, so it was almost always bare. The pool area was very unclean and again, the staff did not stock the towel area very well at all. Because there weren’t any. I could see our receptionist struggling because she was alone and no one was helping her. The room itself was nice.
