Great amenities, clean and safe

It’s was wonderful

Staff was amazing from the check in to check out, the restaurants(2) same menu but different settings which was nice. Couldn’t use the outside pools(too cold) but the indoor pool was nice. Beach access was nice and provided a nice romantic walk. Overall it was a very nice place to stay( I travel 300 days a year various hotels) for work, even with a big convention going on, it was nice to just chill. I appreciate it all for a nice break

Very close to ocean blvd that’s nice for walking biking and more

Parking was a nightmare and valet parkung 28 dollars a day

Great service

Somewhat disappointed in how dated the rooms and the common areas have become. Tears in the carpet, the finishes wearing off the mirrors, tears in the furniture

Beautiful location with access to nearby restaurants.

My 22 year old military son could not stay another night and the date was wrong. Within 15 minutes of booking you couldn’t change the date. I’m the old 70 year old grandmother who uses this to book a lot. Never again.

The dining experience was wonderful! Great food and great service!

We had to change rooms because our bathroom was dirty and they were hairs in the bed. I always check the bedding when I go to any hotel. I feel like the rooms could be updated. The rest of the hotel is nice, but they’re still popcorn on the ceilings and the rooms look old.

Love everything about this hotel.

I love the hotel it is very ckean and comfortable. They have great amenities. There is an indoor pool, bar with food and a full spa w massage and nail treatments. The outdoor pool looks amazing qith hammocks and plenty of lounge space and backs up right on the beach area. A plus location.

Safe and quiet

The staff was amazing. I love Mr. Mike. He was very kind, he also gave my daughter at teddy bear. Which made her night. The only problem that I had was the bathroom wasn't to clean and the didn't have a microwave in the room. Other then that. I loved my stay.

Staff is extremely helpful and the hotel is very clean.

This property is excellent even in the off-season. Room and facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly. Only “shortcoming” is that there is not a complimentary breakfast but there are plenty of options nearby and within the hotel, at a cost. We will be returning to this location!
