No Hot water, AC not working for the entire stay

Long and tediuos check in process. Room looks old, like the whole complex. Poor maintenance, no hot water. You need to walk the whole hotel to get and return towels. Low quality of drinks and foods, not many options. Staff is friendly.

My mom went there for her birthday and she was really happy.

Piscinas, resbaladeros

The pool, slides, beach access, food were great.

Room was in good condition. Service staff very helpful. The hotel rooms were in proximity to the pools and had good beach access.

We had two rooms. The safes did not work in either room. The toilet was leaking in one room.

Clean

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We were placed in multiple rooms, all of which were dirty and unsafe — visible mold, blood/body fluid stains on bedding, strong foul odors, broken fixtures, and unsecured doors. The conditions made it difficult to breathe. This is not a 4-star property. The sanitation, safety, and customer service were completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

Für ein Luxury Zimmer war das eher eine Baustelle. Es gab keinen Tisch und Stühle. Auf dem Balkon nur ein Sessel.

This place cost $347 USD per night, this was definitely not worth the money. We had bugs, mold, no hot water, and broken furniture, chipped floor tiles and a swimsuit panty liner stuck to our front door for the whole stay!! The safe didn’t work, the sliding door didn’t lock, the TV wouldn’t turn off. To say we are disappointed is an understatement.

Buen Servicio

Nos hicieron caminar largas distancias, la habitacion tenia humedad, no servia el agua caliente, problemas con la regadera de agua de la ducha, nos vendieron la experiencia de la piscina mas grande de centro america pero no pudimos meter ni un solo pie dentro, la comida de muy baja calidad. Arroz blanco y carne guisada???? Comida de casa. Lo unico bueno fue q nos fuimos antes del desayuno. No vale la pena

Considero que las instalaciones y el aseo deberían ser mejores para un hotel all inclusive

El tiempo para check in fue 2 horas, me dieron una habitacion donde yo no la habia solicitado. El aire scondicionado no funcionaba y despues de insistir muchas veces lo repararon casi a las 12 de la noche. La habitacion no estaba muy limpia. El personal en recepcion fue amable

Destacar actitud de personal. Mejorar: limpieza, cuidado de instalaciones (puertas de balcones que no cierran, tvs con lineas en pantalla o baja calidad de imagen, puertas de baños no cierran por deformación estructural... Aplausos por trabajar en mantenimiento de piscina y mantener cantidad de personal de atención. Mejorar proceso de chequeo en ciertas horas.
