Good breakfast! Nice bed.

Winter at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. We arrived during renovations. Our room was quite dated (gross couch) but it’s in the floor getting redone so I’m sure it will be nice soon. The breakfast was good and the woman making sure everything was stocked there was efficient and nice.

The room was nice and comfortable but our particular bathroom needed updating as the grout was chipping and moldy.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms and public areas were clean and welcoming.

Whole experience was good. Room was bigger than we expected. Will definitely be back. Breakfast was better than we anticipated.

I did not get the room that I selected and paid for which was a King Suite with a pull out couch. The pullout couch was for my niece. I ended up getting a rollaway bed instead. I was told that mishaps like that often happen with third-party vendors. I never had that experience before. According to the Expedia website the King Suite was available at the time of purchase. The reservation was made two months prior. My brother-in-law made reservation with another third-party just a few days before the event and immediately got the King Suite with the pullout couch. I am not certain if I am owed money from Expedia for the difference.

Birthday party for my daughter and a couple friends. Great value with pool, breakfast, and overall cleanliness and safe location! Will use again!

We enjoyed our stay. Good breakfast. Plenty of space. Friendly staff.

Bathroom had mold growth all over the grout and the bathtub. Room had a musty smell. Mattress and bedding were overused.

Even though they upgraded me to a suit because the double queens were not available, the room (213) stayed warm even with the temp setting on 60 the lowest it could go.

Pretty good stay

We stayed here to be close to the airport. It served it's purpose. However, there are nicer hotels that we will use if we fly out of Dayton again. This hotel looks like it tried to be remodeled, but has missed the mark. The wallpaper is turning up, the room was not that clean. I'm including a pic of the heart that someone left on the window. Glad they love Tipp City, but wish it wasn't indicative of the rest of the room. It didn't feel clean and please know that I'm not a clean freak. I've met people that travel with Lysol wipes and I'm NOT like this. The mirror was not clean and the bed was wrinkled. It looked like someone had sat on the bed after it was made. I wasn't in the mood to fuss. We had a 6am flight to catch so the goal was to just sleep there for a few hours. I won't be back and I will NOT recommend. Not fresh, not very clean feeling, and is in need of TLC.

Nice place

Hotel was fine. Room location facing interstate left much to be desired. Highway was close and traffic noise constant overnight, even with earplugs.

The room was fairly clean but the carpets really need to be replaced. Lots of stains on the carpet in the room which made the room feel dirty overall, and the elevator consistently had dirty floors. I've stayed at other Holiday Inn Express locations and have never experienced dirty carpets like this one.

Hotel in desperate need of renovation and upgrades it looks very well used and hallways especially ellivator needed cleaning looks like wasn’t touched for a while

It was in the perfect location, close to the highway. Very clean and had a nice little breakfast.

The facility is a bit tired. The cleanliness was sub par. Carpet in room was dirty. So much potential. Honestly we usually like Holiday Express
