I enjoyed my stay at the hotel . The staff were all friendly and welcoming during my stay . The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels were changed each day . There was a wide choice of options at breakfast and dinner. One evening guests at the option of a sushi station. Good value for money, I was HB so paid for drinks with dinner each evening. They accept cash or card . Or you can upgrade to the drinks package. The entertainment was fair, bingo was a favourite with many guests as well as live shows. The World Cup tournament was on during my stay and the matches were shown in the lounge or select matches were on the local TV. There were several local bars showing all the games. I would return to the hotel again .

Majority of staff were rude, got charged for an extra all inclusive as I had booked an extra room as a surprise and they wouldn’t transfer the all inclusive from one room to another. Food was ok. Cocktails were very syrupy and sweet with lots of colouring

Je suis venue dans cette établissement il y a 4 ou 5 ans j avais un bon souvenir et j y suis retourné rien a changé le personnel toujours attentionné les équipements et la situation géographique en plein centre et a 2 mn de la mer la seul chose de négatif trop de gaspillage pendant les repas et PDJ venant des clients

Nos ha encantado, mi pareja es celíaca, y se portaron de 10 en el comedor. Muy buen equipo, y en recepción también.

Hôtel et chambre propre, par contre literie pas spécialement confortable, on sentait les ressorts et coussins plats. Personnel de l'hôtel tres sympa. Buffet du déjeuné et dîner variés, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Supermarché et diverses boutiques en face de l'hôtel, restaurants a proximité. Gros bemol, le parking qui est payant. Le stationnement est difficile et il vous faudra vous armer de patience pour trouver une place gratuite a proximité de l'hôtel.

Everything was good, except the view. The bedroom was tidy and clean, we had to ask for additional pillows, but otherwise was ok. Sadly they do not supply the safe free, you have to rent the “lock” on a daily charge of €3 with a €20 deposit, refundable when you return it on check-out. As we like a cuppa first thing in the morning, we had to hire a kettle from the hotel as none was supplied in the room, this came with a deposit of €15 also refundable on check-out. We received 2 cups and saucers, but no tea or coffee was supplied with the kettle, so we had to do a visit to the ‘Hyper Dino’ for tea bags when we went out. We booked this hotel for its location in the town and would have preferred a room at the front as you would have a better view, the rest of the hotel faces high rise blocks of buildings and flats. There is a tiny view of the sea if you can see through the gaps.

Nice clean room with a comfy bed and a spacious bathroom. Extensive choice at breakfast adequately covering everyones needs.

The property is a little dated and needs to freshen up in areas. But it is clean and the staff work tirelessly to keep all area's clean and tidy for guests . The food is ok but can be improved on. Overall I enjoyed my stay and close to the shops and amenities.

The food is terrible even when in when 1st opens the food is cold. There is a microwave but shouldn't have to use for every meal. No vegetables for dinner but serves sprouts and other veg for breakfast. Sunbeds are uncomfy. Positive hotel and rooms clean and comfy. All staff friendly

Paid for a double room got two single beds not even made up for a couple so we had to sleep separately. Beds were old and springs hurt my back, chambermaid woke us up at 9am by coming into our room for some reason when check out was at 12.

Hotel que necesita renovación en sus instalaciones, no funcionaba uno de los tres ascensores por lo que había colas, además poco personal en recepción. El parking también completo.
