Lo único es que salía muy poca agua en la regadera

Fatal, los pasillos olían a drenaje, los elevadores temblaban mucho al subir y bajar

Un hotel en la entrada a Saltillo con acceso rápido a las principales vías principales..

Excelentes amenidades, cuartos espaciosos, cómoda alberca y tiene como ventaja el pase al club deportivo. El personal fue atento y tiene un gran diseño.

Nice heated pool

I rented a suite together with my colleague. My room had a cluster of pubic hairs on the bathroom floor and the aircondition stank. The next morning I had to notice that there wasn’t any hot water to be had in my shower. I mentioned this several times but in the end over a 4 night stay nobody reacted to my complain. In addition the room service didnt even male our beds for two days in a row and finally the only elevator was out of order for several days including the day of departure! I had a truly miserable experience at this hotel.

Bad sewer smell from single bed bathroom (we stayed in a suite). Overall fixtures, paint, etc. are old. Noisy AC units.

Good option for a big family. Too expensive for a big facility with no functional wheelchair available, no bell boy, smelly bathroom, not clean pool and no open cable tv.

Recién remodelado Todo súper bien

Muy amplia y bien organizada la habitación. Las camas y almohadas súper cómodas. Lo único es revisen bien las habitaciones, había una prenda (short de lycra) en la mesita-buró. Este tipo de cosas hace pensar que quizás no hacen la limpieza al cien.
