Breakfast was nice and staff were really friendly. Overall had a good experience. Would recommend

Staff very welcoming & friendly, fantastic breakfast offering, just about every option covered. Plenty of loungers by the pool & in room facilities very good. We stayed in a junior suit, unfortunately the TVs would not connect via cast, but no problem as we didn't come away to watch TV!

Bed and breakfast only but food we had was excellent. Staff really good. Facilities good. Main downside was the room which has a crazy layout putting wardrobe behind the shower and washbasin and away from the bed. Washbasin stand was too small to put all cosmetics etc to be at hand. Nowhere to hang towels in shower. Sliding doors to shower and toilet awkward and noisy. TV was on wall in such a position that it was at an angle from both bed and settee. TV was fixed in one position so angle could not be adjusted. Mini fridge door was difficult to close. Coffee/tea maker on a different electric circuit (why?)which was faulty. The designer probably thought the layout was "boutique" but it was just annoying.

Un posto tranquillo e ben posizionato. La colazione è varia e di buona qualità. Il letto è comodissimo, però la stanza potrebbe essere organizzata meglio: il lavandino in camera non mi è sembrato funzionale e avrei usato lo specchio per dividere ancora meglio la zona bar dalla zona bagno.

Food was good with lots of fresh and healthy choices especially breakfast. Staff were superb especially restaurant and bar staff who made service more personal. Great pool and general location of the hotel is good. I would consider a return visit.

The Welcome Pleasant and efficient, with a welcome glass of fizz! The Food Plentiful Varied - great choice at breakfast and dinner. Themed food at dinner - Sunday night had English roast options - roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings! Very good service in Atlantic Restaurant - Juan Pedro is excellent and his work ethic is second to none I have seen in hotels Second smaller pool very pleasant with sun loungers which can be moved as needed Things to note: Lack of plug sockets - only 2 free in our room Wi-Fi in the Atlantic restaurant very poor and in some places no reception Safe extra 3euros per night - not sure that is warranted for a 4* hotel Main pool is very regimented and sun loungers like ‘sardines’ Walls are thin and noise travels No green or herbal tea in rooms. When asked at reception young lady didn’t know. And yet there was an abundance of options at breakfast! Late check out guests is €45 for an extra three hours check out. We were provided with a courtesy room for 30 minutes to freshen up which was very adequate. Overall a great location, clean rooms, excellent service and good quality food

Only criticism we have was not enough sunbeds, however come afternoon we did manage to find a couple, apart from that our stay was perfect.

Breakfast was really good. My hot tub jets on the balcony didn’t work which kinda sucked but other than that nice stay

Great hotel in a great location. Spotlessly clean, great breakfast options and lots of opportunity to lounge by the pool. Highly recommended

Staff were helpful and welcoming. Room was as promised, although the decor needed a bit of maintainance considering it was sold as a deluxe room. Having the hot tub made all the difference, especially with unseasonably unsettled weather. We did have to complain once about being able to hear next door's TV quite loudly. They were asked to turn it down, but we don't know if it was the volume up loud or if the walls are just thin. The food was varied, unlimited and there was plenty of choice for all dietary and cultural needs. However, the food wasn't always as hot as it could have been. Restaurant was quiet and civilised, and the staff were attentive enough. Pool was beautiful- shame the weather meant we couldn't use it. Entertainment was provided several times in a week and it was fitting for the hotel. Beach is a two minute walk around the corner. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. Altogether a lovely, child free bolthole where everything is there for you.

I had high hopes for this hotel paying over 300 eur per night. Sadly this was not worth the money. The room had a lot of water damage which we later would understand why. It was not very fun waking up to a wet floor and wet suitcases due to water leaking through the windows, balcony door and roof. The staff was apologetic but we were not offered a new room or reduction in price. Only a free lunch. The water kept dripping from the bathroom roof the rest of the stay soaking the floor repeatedly. There was also a lot of noise from the hall. It sounded like people were in our room even if they were three stories down. I think we were unlucky with the location of the room, and other rooms might be quieter. But it didn’t help the overall experience. The air conditioning was also loud and could not be on during the night making the room extremely humid. The positive: good location for beach and restaurants. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and good breakfast. Nice pool area and spa available at the hotel. Overall it felt way too expensive compared to the product they offer. If I come back to Lanzarote I will be staying somewhere else.

Fantastic large room, bright and very clean. This hotel is very relaxing with amazing staff. It is ideal for couples looking for a relaxing luxurious holiday.

This hotel is great for a getaway to Lanzarote. Very close to the airport, clean, numerous restaurants in-house if you don't want to go out for food and the staff and super pleasant and helpful.
