Nice room, comfy bed, fridge in room...shower drainage mostly clogged...and hair dryer was broken....other than that, it was good. I would stay there again....even though i am not a fan of the surprise resort fees which were added on to my "final" expedia price...and the early check in fees of 60.00 and 30.00.

Horrible experience staying at Golden Nugget. I have a service dog and was trying to show documentation to staff and they denied it saying they had to charge me additionally saying it was state law of Nevada. I had stayed at Las Vegas prior to coming here and was not charged at all for having a service dog. If you have a service dog do not come to Golden Nugget! They will say it’s hotel policy and that they have to charge you $80 per night regardless. I had reserved two rooms during my stay and the first room I was originally given smelled horrible because it was a smoking room and I do not smoke at all. I urged they give me another room and they did. The next day we had left for various hours so that housekeeping can clean our rooms and when we came back in the afternoon one of the rooms was not cleaned at all. Not even basically toiletries were given.

Tile grout needs steam cleaning in bathrooms and lobby. Construction across hallway started at 6:30am and woke us up. I like how close parking structure is to lobby. CJ restaurant had great food and the open air to palm trees and waterfall was great!

Upgraded to a river view for 35$. I loved the location and the water taxi. The machines were a little tight but we loved sitting at the bar and looking at the river.

I needed help in the garage and a little extremely friendly security office helped me and my wife when she was feeling sick. It was Monday June 30th on the 3rd floor around 8PM. Thank you to that security officer

It was a great experience! The only problem was on the 2nd day the main elevator was down.

Bath tub was always nasty could shower

The restroom toilets was running the whole time and the restroom smelled really bad the phone didnt work to call housekeeping or front desk the elevators didnt work so we had to use the stairs whole time.

very mediocre. nothing special. halls were dim and freezing. bathrooms were also freezing, and floor was cold. would be nice if they provided slippers

AC in room was poor felt humid. Bathroom have water damage on walls above faucets. Maid services come very early and if you are in the room they don’t come back to clean after you leave room. No microwave. Fridge didn’t keep waters very cold. Wood floors no carpet. Positive full bottles in shower for body soap and shampoo.

I liked the location. I liked the restaurant options. I liked the staff, including the maintenance staff, the registration staff, and the housekeeping staff. I commend all of these individuals. What I did not like was the arrogance and attitude of the bellhop staff. They are the first impressions of the hotel. They would not have survived day one at the strip. I never received a 'Thank you' for a generous tip, arriving or departing. I was a bellhop in Saratoga Springs, NY. I knew how to hustle. Fire those people, or at least replace them with the kind people in Housekeeping or Maintenance. These are the people who give the first impression. All of them are an embarrassment to your hotel. Get rid of them.

Valet/bell and front desk were great but the west rooms were terrible. I wont be staying there ever again.
