Was not treated well, by the hotel as Expedia said they would contact and change the date it took them 7 days to get back to me the hotel finally sent me a message the day after i was supposed to book in, no apologies, no help, and just sorry we are fully booked for your new date, terrible service they take you money get paid by the booking company you use as well. and you get treated so badly.

The rooms are a little dated, but very clean. The variety of food and service is very good. Looking forward to my next stay..

No complaints—an excellent hotel with a great breakfast, spotless and comfortable rooms, plus the convenience of bedside outlets for phone charging. The location makes for an easy walk to the waterfront. Definitely recommended.

all the staff were incredibly friendly. We liked the pool area, its large and kids had a great time, located 5min walk to the beach and 10min walk to Chabad restaurant. The apartment is suitable for families, it has a a generous size living area and good kitchen facilities but very basic decor, basic shower (no bath) and there were only sheets and a thin cover on the beds.

An excellent resort for everyone. Plenty to do. Apartments are a good size perhaps a little dated and needs an up date and refurb. Staff are outstanding in all departments. Wonderful restaurants near by. A little walk to the main supermarket and has every thing you need. Very pleasant. Close to the beach and promenade with a lovely walk in both directions with plenty of cafes on route. Evening entertainment more than expected at this time of year. Well worth a stay. We highly recommend.

Fantastic place for budget turist.

A solid 3 star apartment, clean and tidy. Nicely located and very well priced.

Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Möbel, Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. müssten erneuert werden, sind nicht richtig sauber. Heißes Wasser ist Abends zum Teil knapp. Der Reinigungszustand in den Räumen ist leider schlecht: überall Staubflusen, es wird nur grob in den Gehbereichen gewischt, nicht aber unter dem Tisch/ Betten/ Sofa etc. Die Gärtner geben sich deutlich mehr Mühe mit den Außenanlagen. Es gibt jeden Abend Unterhaltung in der Hotellobby/ Bar. Das Gym ist gut ausgestattet. Das Spa kostet extra (10 Euro p.P. für 1 h), auch dort müsste mal renoviert werden.

Staff provided excellent service. All areas of the resort were very clean. Staff were visibly doing their jobs well. The room was in need of refurbishing but that was reflected in the price paid. Very good value for money.

The breakfast was good. But the lady in the spa was rude Although it was a studio which was nice it could of done with a few coffee and tea just for you to get started. Unless you have a shower early morning the water isnt hot.

For the winter-time there is a fine place with excellent food 👍

Granted our request of nice large balcony 2 bed was spacious and good layout. Nice variety of food for all inclusive would return.

Lit de camp pour les ados pas terrible La piscine n'est pas nettoyée tous les soirs : c'est un réel PB. Repas : satisfaisant Manque d'hygiène dans les chambres et la piscine. La mer est juste splendide. Douche et bombe à eau en service, c'est top!!!

It’s a 3 star hotel - which they are slowly updating. This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed and although the hotel is looking tired inside, the outside area (pools) are lovely and it’s so close to Pafos Harbour. The staff are also lovely and helpful.

On arrival got put in a room at the very back of the hotel site, it smelled, was very outdated, builders working on an apartment opposite and right near the main road. We asked to be moved, which they did the following morning and much better room nearer the hotel main building. The food was ok, but nothing exciting and certainly wouldn’t want to be all inclusive. The whole hote needs some TLC, the outdoor pool was freezing, colder than the sea, the indoor pool some days was warm some days was cold. Overall wouldn’t stay here again.

Property was OK. Some problem about apartment. They offered kitchen in apartment, but we didn't have any kitchen towels, some sponges and any liquid for clinning. If you living to airport before breakfast, you cannot get something for eating later. It was bad experience to get any food.

Hotel un peu vieillot Service de reveil défaillant,on nous a dit ok on vous réveillera mais rien,nous avons failli louper notre avion Contrairement aux autres hotels ,si vous quitter avant l heure du petit déjeuner inclus,on ne vous donnera ni un fruit ni un petit pain
