The room was great - spacious and clean. And bonus! - no carpeting on the floor. What a good idea to switch to laminate flooring in the rooms. Staff were pleasant and greeted us with smiles. Breakfast room was great - a large dining room with lots of choices for our breakfast. Food was plentiful and dishes were always being topped up. Staff were there to make sure tables were cleaned and ready for the next customer. It was a great experience staying there. Will stay again on our next visit to Edmonton.

Fabulous hotel! Great service, clean building, comfy rooms and right by the mall. A great stay!

Received a room directly at the elevators which is loud on its own. But, to add to the noise, we were in an adjoining room with absolutely no sound proofing. In the adjoining rooms were people with young children toddlers/babies which meant extremely early wake ups and an abundance of noise and fighting. There is absolutely no sound barrier between these units.

We had a great stay at Days Inn! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The breakfast was really good with plenty of options. We would definitely stay here again!

Room was large, very clean and quiet. Bed was comfy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Restaurant on site was delicious and affordable. Definitely will stay here again.

Nice room

Rooms were nice, beds comfy. Takes a bit for shower to warm up. One really nice feature is your key card, when activating the elevator only activated for your floor. Little nice thing for safety. Parking can be a bit if an issue as its a tight small lot. For the cost and location would stay again.

great room, pool and breakfast.

Room was spacious and breakfast was above average. However the parking stalls are too close together and if a big truck parks behind you be ready to very carefully inch your way out. Also the shower has no grip or handles. The shower bar is just friction fit on. That said an above average stay.

Great hotel with easy access to West Edmonton Mall and other attractions. The building is nice and they had lots of fun perks that made the stay fun with our kids (mini golf, slushie machine, pool w/ toys, etc). The breakfast was decent and the staff is really nice. We’ve stayed here twice and it’s been great both times.

Nice family place to stay

Nice and convenient location near edmonton mall. Staff maintained the cleanliness in the lobby and breakfast area. Rooms are spacious.

Everything was good except for the room which was hot! Looked like the AC was not working. But Emma, the front desk lady was super nice and went to our room to check. Even replaced the batteries for the thermostat and gave us a fan. It worked for a few minutes but eventually stopped working and the room was hot! The fan helped but still not enough with 5 people in a room. Everyone was really nice and the hotel itself was nice, except for the temperature in our room.

I always book Days Inn everytime we have an overnight stay in Edmonton. Staff are friendly but at times people at the breakfast are not friendly and seems like they don’t want to be there

Room wasn’t as clean as it usually is. But this hotel has great value.
