Stayed 2 nights. First night great. Came back 2 nd to a room not cleaned , no coffee, needed towels. Went to front desk to be told someone called & we said not to clean room. Never received any call & wanted the room serviced. Put the tag on door handle to clean room which seemed to disappear. Gave spouse all he asked about for him to load his arms & bring to room. They should never argue with customer about phone calls. They should check their sraff to see who didn't do their job.

They hold a security deposit with a credit card with PIN. G pay or Apple pay should be allowed.

The room was clean enough

Microwave was broken and had smoke coming out if it and made rattling sounds, which was a fire hazard. Appliances were old and not updated. Also they refused to allow me to cancel a stay 4 hours in when my child got sick and my plans had changed, the on site supervisor still charged me for my entire stay. Although they are a cheap alternative, I did not find that they were empathetic to a situation beyond my control. The state of the room was clean however and the front desk staff was helpful.

Nice clean place. Friendly staff and very good customer service too. Very impressed with the hot water and water pressure too. Parking available all around the property. Overall am very pleased with the hotel.
