Very clean and quiet. Amazing value!!!

Photos and reality are different. Also second night, a drunk guy knocked and pushed door in the middle of the night. Called the lobby but we didn't see any action or received any feedback from the staff. The free breakfast was very limited, for the regular one they want to charge you $8 per person. As a frequent traveler, I can say that the reviews on the system aren’t realistic at all.

The room was very nice although a little outdated. Wallpaper peeling and cupboards warn. The fridge needed to be defrosted. The jacuzzi was a little hard to get in and out of and jets didn't work so well. But still it was a nice room and service was good.

Window did not open. But, the heat unit did turn to slight air conditioning when turned down to it's lowest setting 61F so it was almost bearable temperature at night.

Everyone was excellent in helping us have a great stay with exception of bartender who was unusually bossy and gossipy regarding other hotel guests

We went to have dinner at the restaurant. The woman that served us was terrific. She had a great sence of humer.

Our room was awesome and for a very good price. The jetted tub area was especially wonderful.

Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable and room was to our liking. Near lots of restaurants and shops. I was quite disappointed with the check in experience however. We booked a room for a family of 4 (both parents, one teenager and one young child). We booked the room and paid ahead of time. Upon our arrival, we were told that in order for our teenage son to stay, we needed to pay a $25 up charge (came to almost $30 with tax) as he was to be charged an adult fee to stay. I have booked hotels at a variety of hotel establishments for many years and I have never been asked to pay an extra adult fee. We had a room with 2 double beds (4 person occupancy). So, I don’t know what the issue was. I paid the fee, but was not satisfied. I don’t know why we were penalized for having our teenager stay with us. Not acceptable.

Walked into our room and the first thing you smell is curry and the pillow cases on the bed were yellow and lumpy we asked for a new room because it smelled and the guy told them it smelled of smoke which i never said and we got a new room which smelled better and the cases were white and pillows were not lumpy but 1 of the towels in the bathroom had a stain on it breakfast was not appealing
