Great place and great breakfast

The housekeeping was poor. Did not replace glasses, sugar,cream etc. shower leaks from the door.

Close to one of the best vegan/Vegetarian restaurants in Europe: Em Carne Viva.

My stay at Sheraton was short yet pleasant. The check in was fast and our room was ready when me ans my daugther arrived, something deeply appreciated. I would recommend this hotel , and for sure, will stay there again.

Great business hotel. For vacation!!!! Not so much.

I love this hotel. Unfortunately this time the spa was closed due to maintenance. Nobody told us in advance and no discount was offered. I would never drive from the south of Spain to Porto if I had known. The breakfast was of a lower quality than before. Maybe this hotel is in need of a reality check.

Very nice property

When we checked in, we were greeted by Glauber de Freitas. From our check in he commented that it was soon my wife’s birthday. We didn’t think much of this and asked about local dining options that met our dietary requirements. He suggested a great restaurant that we enjoyed very much. This trip was a celebration for my wife. We had a day trip planned for the actual day. When we returned, we found a gluten free cake and chilling sparkling wine in our room. The gesture capped off a perfect day. Glauber left a beautifully handwritten card wishing my wife a happy birthday and reassured us that everything met our dietary restrictions. We forgot that we shared all this information with him, but he didn’t. This gesture made our stay beyond extraordinary.

Only stayed one night so didn’t get to take advantage of everything but the restaurants were wonderful, the staff were excellent. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Most excellent property.

There is a pool but children are only allowed to go to the pool from 1pm to 7pm. It also costs 20€ per person if we only want to use the pool. Things in the room feel very “used” not dirty but scratches on a lot of things. Stains on the bathroom vanity it definitely needs to upgrade. Did not feel like a 5 star hotel.

Väldigt bra hotell. Finns inte mycket att slå ner på. Området är lugnt, men väldigt tråkigt. Man måste ta taxi in till centrala Porto, vilket iof inte kostar så mycket.
