Great location in centre of town, accommodation adequate but some areas/items needed upgrading. No information in apartment and every time we went to office nobody was there to arrange hire car, trips etc.

Apartment was very spacious, clean and handy to all amenities. Did wonder why we were unable to have a room with a view to the beach. Our view was a white wall while other apartments had a lovely view of the beach. A few of these units did appear to be vacant.

The location was amazing, just steps from the beach. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we wanted for a few day's stay including clothes washer and dryer and full kitchen. The pool and pool area was beautiful. There were jets for a relaxation, nice lounge chairs and even a grill for cooking out. Would highly recommend.

Well appointed kitchen for self Catering

Great property with balcony - overlooking water. I enjoyed the quiet retreat when travelling for work. Palm Cove has a range of restaurant options. Some really awful and some very tasty. Staff very welcoming and great communication.

The rooms are basic, comfortable bed the pool area is nice.Location is excellent and the best was beach views from the lounge room.

The location is perfect, the rooms were clean and well appointed, the beds are comfortable, the manager is a delight. The pool and gardens are beautiful and well maintained. We loved watching the sun rise over the ocean from our deck.

Bei längeren Reisen braucht man manchmal ein zu Hause. Und genau das haben wir im Ressort erreicht. Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit Blick auf das Meer. Freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Managerin Lisa. Ein unglaublich wunderschöner gepflegter Garten mit Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns sehr gut erholt.

This is the third time we have been to the Melaleuca and will definitely be back, it’s in a amazing central location, the rooms are clean and have everything you need, across from the beach it’s the best place.

What a beautiful place to stay. The pool was gorgeous to swim in and the shallow part up the top was ideal to just lounge around in for hours (would be excellent if you have small children). Very quiet and private. Virtually in the middle of the main street so such an easy walk one way to bottleshop/pub and supermarket or the other way to some beautiful dining options. Fantastic view of the ocean. Was simply perfect for mine and my partners valentines day. Even having ice ready to go in the freezer was well appreciated. Most hotels have empty ice trays that you have to fill which isn't helpful when you arrive with drinks. Most definitely would stay again.
