Airport shuttle was advertised but only ran from 7:30AM - 4:30 pm ????? I had a 7 am flight so I had to take an Uber to airport .

Overall a great place to stay overnight and close to the airport

Disappointed with my stay. Wayne, a staff member, was rude and unhelpful. Also, several items on the menu were unavailable and we paid for it but was not served when our dinner was brought to us, even though they’re clearly listed. Poor service and lack of consistency really let the hotel down.

Great place for the price.

This was a very nice hotel, large, well-equipped rooms (including microwave), good shower, comfortable bed, quiet. We had our dog with us and the area around the hotel was perfect for isolated walks away from cars, people, and other dogs. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was good, wine and mixed drinks available. Staff were friendly and helpfull. We'd definitely return if we're back in the area.

Nice hotel, clean and quiet

They should inform the customer that room refresh was every two days. Our shower did not work. When I reported it upon checkout, the clerk said "Sorry for your inconvenience".

We had a quoted rate through Expedia which they used for our first night but charged $50 more for the second night. Luckily I reviewed the charges and when I was able to prove the rate I was quoted they adjusted the charges.

Wonderful stay!!

I booked this hotel after speaking to the receptionist whom assumed me that the indoor pool was heated and the room was 85°. That was not true. The room was cold and the water was average, I did get in but couldn't stay long because the room itself was cool. I called the front desk to ask if they could adjust the heat and bring some fresh towels, he said yes but after 45 minutes no one came. Thank god i brought a towel from my room or i would have froze.

We really enjoyed our stay no noise from other rooms, the food from the hotel was great and so was the staff! Would definitely stay again!

Everything was wonderful, Latanya greeted us well and ensured we had a comfortable stay. The wheelchair accessible room was perfect, functional and beautiful!
