Staff are rude had an issue with my booking and they just didnt care. Dont get any food from the all cheap tatesless frozen food at top prices. The rooms are dindgy. The bed had a big dip in the middle ao when you rolled over you felt like you was in the ditch. Poor at best the prices are still expensive for what you get

Clean peaceful

Good value and the breakfast was nice. Bathroom light did not work in first double room, so moved to a twin room. Room was clean, but tatty and need of a lick of paint. Beds uncomfortable. No bath mat in shower, so very slippery and dangerous. A reasonable hotel, but could do with a make over.

Stayed at campanile Friday 3rd Jan,the staff were very friendly the room clean but could do with a new mattress as the one in hurt my back & sleeps important when stay at a hotel. The heater was only warm & the temps had dropped to below freezing so was chilly in the room

This hotel is simply awful. Dirty, smelly, not been decorated for years, the bed was beyond uncomfortable and it felt unsafe. It was so bad we packed up the day we arrived and found an alternative hotel…Holiday Inn Express on Bullrush Grove, which I highly recommend. Please avoid our mistake and avoid the Campanile. It may be cheap, but I wouldn’t stay there if they paid me.

I have no idea about the source, but there was loud ,penetrating noise, possibly music. This went on until the early hours. Luckily I wear noise suppressors, so I coped. I was also VERY tired. One good point was I had a bath and there was lots of hot water. I really needed that hot bath!.

Great place to stay staff are very friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble Rooms are nice and warm beds are very comfortable and all the showers are power showers and they are great will stay at this location if in the area again.

Basic hotel but comfortable bed. Good wifi. Good breakfast. Excellent service. Would certainly stay again.

It wasn’t too bad or too good. Just average. The socket was far from the bed and you need to pay £10 incase of damages at the reception (which is refundable within some days)

what you get for the price - basic room that was clean but the mattress was old and needed replacing. We arrived at 2000 and the restaurant was already closed so we had to go elsewhere to eat. Breakfast was fine and there was little noise from outside

It a very nice and pleasent hotel ,friendly staff ,very clean 👌
