Excelente custo benefício com ótima localização. Já me hospedei neste hotel 3 vezes e todas foram ótimas. O destaque ficou para o time da Recepção que foi incrível, especialmente a Daniele. Na minha próxima estada em Lisboa, vou repetir.

Despite the fact the staff was quite helpful, I had to ask for the electric kettle 3 times... First, there was no tray with coffee and tea and kettle in our room After I asked they gave us an electric kettle that, when plugged, the power in the room went off In the following day, we requested the kettle....they brought us just the kettle...no coffee, no tea, no cups then, after the 3rd request, the brought the tray with everything: kettle, tea, coffee, cups etc When cleaning the room, no water was refilled..... But again, despite all that, the staff was always prompt to help.....

Hintaansa nähden erinomainen hotelli, sijainti hyvä, ei ihan keskustassa, mutta rauhallisella alueella, jossa metro lähellä ja kävelyä keskustaan kuitenkin vain 15-20 minuuttia. Huone tilava, siisti, kylpyhuone tilava ja toimiva. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyy. Ikkuna sisäpihalle, taivasta ei juuri näy. Vastaanoton ja baarin henkilökunta ei ihan tehtäviensä tasalla, mutta ystävällisiä. Loistava aamiainen, kaikki tarpeellinen mutta ei mitään ylimääräistä.

Todo muy bien, limpio, ordenado, cuidado, el personal muy atento, desayuno bien. Solo considerar que se tiene que caminar un tiempo al centro pero, lo vale. Volvería a hospedarme sin dudarlo.

Hotellet är rymligt och rent, men det ligger på ett svårtillgängligt läge. Det är en backe att ta sig till från närmaste tunnelbanestation, och det finns inga butiker i närheten.

Fast alles okay, bis auf total warme Zimmer da die Aircondition nur im Sommer eingeschaltet wird. Personal und Sauberkeit top.

깨끗하고 standard한 호텔. 만일 캐리어가 있고, 대중교통을 이용한다면 접근하기 어려울 수도 있음. 구글에서 검색하면 나오는 다른역들 말고 반드시 Marques de Pombal 역을 이용할 것을 권장. 방안에 슬리퍼와 커피포트가 없는 것은 이해안됨.
