Wonderful hotel, so clean, nice staff, quiet, big rooms, nice tub.

Apesar da pompa algumas coisa deixam a desejar. Limpeza do banheiro, mofo no teto do banheiro e resíduos de pó pelos cantos.

Great experience overall. Gym and Sauna needed a little love. Staff super friendly and helpful.

The reception staff were so helpful. The location was a little out of the way for me but was able to get taxis to where I needed to be. Loved sitting on the balcony however as I was on the top floor, the plants above the hotel were watered every night around 11pm I so had to go in before being sprayed. I felt very safe there as a solo traveller which was very important to me.

The hotel was good in a great location.

This hotel really needs an update on room maintenance. Our showerhead holder came off on our first night and it was never fixed.

O Hotel é bem localizado, moderno , limpo. O quarto era espaçoso, confortável, com boas amenidades. Nós nos hospedamos no início e no final do passeio. Na última estadia preferimos duas camas de solteiro - "twins", pois a cama de casal, do quarto que ficamos no início, era muito pequena.. O café da manhã e bom mas sem muita variedade de opções. A equipe é gentil e atenciosa. Há estacionamento no hotel, cobrado à parte, o que para nós foi super conveniente. Recomendo !

Eurostars liegt in Nähe einer Metrostation und einiger Busstationen etwas versteckt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. In der Umgebung Restaurants und Cafes. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Beim Empfang erhält man leider wenig Informationen und kaum Unterlagen wie z.B. Programmhefte div. Sehenswürdigkeiten und Theater etc. Für individuell Reisende gut geeignet.

Quarto e banheiro grandes, cama confortável. A equipe super prestativa. Amamos!

Great experience the girls of the staff excellent

Das Zimmer war gross, aber es war sehr kalt. Musste eine zweite Decke verlangen. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Im Frühstücksraum das selbe. Sehr schade.

We had a suite and it is very big. The room is old and badly need a refurbishment; the furniture looks like left over from the sixties; there is not enough electrical outlet for modern day living. The drain in the bathtub is partially blocked and water drains slowly. Our room is next to the tunnel which metro run thru, and we can feel the noise and the shake every time when a train passes by.

Excelente custo benefício com ótima localização. Já me hospedei neste hotel 3 vezes e todas foram ótimas. O destaque ficou para o time da Recepção que foi incrível, especialmente a Daniele. Na minha próxima estada em Lisboa, vou repetir.

Despite the fact the staff was quite helpful, I had to ask for the electric kettle 3 times... First, there was no tray with coffee and tea and kettle in our room After I asked they gave us an electric kettle that, when plugged, the power in the room went off In the following day, we requested the kettle....they brought us just the kettle...no coffee, no tea, no cups then, after the 3rd request, the brought the tray with everything: kettle, tea, coffee, cups etc When cleaning the room, no water was refilled..... But again, despite all that, the staff was always prompt to help.....
