Hotel pool view was nice. Beach was close. Loved it.

This property is located in lap of luxury. You have tons of restaurants around walkable distance.. the iconic Marbella hotel is five minutes walking. And forum shop is 2 mins. We stayed here for four nights. It was the best property we could’ve picked.

The hotel and the staff was very good and the pool area was amazing very calm Everything was great and also the late breakfast only thing that can be improved is breakfast and the food at pergola restaurant otherwise amazing

Honestly overall a good stay if you're trying to be in Puerto Romano just don't ask too much to the staff like service is okay. Location is the best thing about this hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Pool is good too, more on the quiet side which I liked.

Amazing hotel worth every thing and indeed a 5 star hotel, have access to everything beaches, restaurants etc. but the only problem is the WiFi they have to improve on that. But everything else amazing. And lastly pay for the breakfast it’s amazing covers every option from gluten, to vegan etc.

Clean, quiet. Nice hotel, with an excellent buffet breakfast. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Ett helt ok hotell, men absolut inte 5-stjärningt som jag tror de utger sig för att vara...? Fint och rent rum, men med en AC som låter som ett tröskverk. Klagade då jag trodde att den var trasig, men enligt vaktmästaren var det som det skulle. "Alla rum låter så här" Tråkiga små balkonger och mycket ljud från gatan. Går alltså inte att sova med öppen balkongdörr, utan man får stå ut med tröskverket. Vidare var besvikelsen stor då det varken fanns en libanesiskt restaurang eller det hälsosamma "The Market". Dessa restauranger var inte öppna än, men det står som öppet på hemsidan. Så maten var ju under all kritik på hotellet. Gymmet var också supertrång och litet. Nej, vi kommer inte återvända. :)

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Le personnel était accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible pour répondre à mes besoins. La chambre était propre, confortable et très bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner était varié et délicieux. Et la piscine etait super, propre et ensoleillée.

The checkin process was extremely lenghty - needs to be better prepared and better paced

Really nice pool, rooms are nice but there was construction everyday. Every time you open the balcony door it shuts off the air conditioning and if you leave the room the mini fridge electricity turns off. So forget about being able to store milk for your toddler. They did give my toddler little presents that made her happy. Bathrobe were not soft. Great location, food at the pool was good. Good value for the price overall.
