I am very happy with this hotel, considering the hotel options in this price range in Santiago is very limited, I had doubts when I booked it thinking it might be one of those boring business hotel for people who have to be there, but I was wrong, this hotel is warm, friendly, has everything I need, comfortable bed, safe box, ice dispenser every floor, also a good restaurant and bar in the top floor, free airport transfers. It is right in the city center, the only disadvantage is the noise from the street, it doesn’t bother me, but some people may be more sensitive to it. Overall 5/5, Excellent.

Loved staying at this hotel, it was close to the monument and you are able to see it in your room. Love how clean it was, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying there for sure!!

Mi estadía en el Hotel fue para participar, junto a otros componentes de mi familia, a un evento de motivación que tenía la finalidad de enriquecer los skills profesionales y la empatía de los participantes en sus actividades de trabajo. Cuando se participa a ese tipo de eventos en un Hotel, es importante que los servicios ofrecidos de parte del mismo Hotel sean de calidad y transmitan buena vibra. Con referencia a eso, todo el personal de la estructura ha suministrado a nosotros servicios de calidad manteniendo estándar profesionales de alto nivel y al mismo tiempo una actitud cordial, respetuosa y agradable. El desayuno estuvo exquisito con muchas variedades de comida aptas a satisfacer cualquier tipo de paladar. Las habitaciones son muy confortables, amplias, limpias, con una vista sugestiva de la ciudad y completas de todos los servicios. Para resumir nuestra estadía en una frase, desde el momento de la llegada al Hotel hasta el check out hemos recibido una atención completa en todos los detalles y lo que más nos ha transmitido una vibra positiva ha sido que cada vez que nosotros hemos solicitado algo, el personal de Hotel encargado del área a la cual se refería la solicitud nos ha dado su ayuda de manera incondicionada. Para concluir mi descripción, la palabra final que me sale espontanea dirigida al Hotel es: Gracias!
