Great stay

Great staff, clean hotel that is located conveniently next to the MECC.

De kamer was al helw Emaal fijn ingericht met een extra bed voor onze dochter en baby. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam om het ons en onze kindjes zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Het ontbijtbuffet is zeer zeker de moeite waard.

Everything, it was a very good stay, good service.

Personeel was behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Goed restaurant.

Tolles Hotel mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Gut gelegen mit Parkmöglichkeiten und Pool.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist gut, leider, aber auch verständlich ,zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Wir würden wieder kommen

Nice property with a very nice staff. Not the most convenient location to central Maastricht, but Uber works just fine there, so no worries about the location.

Wonderful hotel. Cleanliness, service, and facilities were great. Breakfast was outstanding.

Staff answered all questions. One BIG problem… I booked it through Expedia in February…. It was on my Credit card statement which I paid. I was billed again at the hotel and now I have pending charges in my bill substantially greater than what I already paid following the booking.

I do over nearly houndred night at hotels per year, and the main thing that can ruin your stay is if the staff is rude. The pregnant lady at the check in disk was really tired of her job and rude. I accept that she might have a hard time but in the end we’re the guests and expect a service that should be at least welcoming.
