Everything was great about the hotel from the staff, room and breakfast.

We were on 4th floor, no window just a skylight. We could not get wifi in room.

Dusche hatte kein warmes Wasser. Klimaanlage extrem laut. Genereller Zustand ok aber nicht besonders gut. Für eine Nacht ausreichend.

The train was across the street so super convenient and we walked easily around from this location. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was decent and worth getting. I didn’t find the room that clean. High ceilings that you could see dust all over the walls. The floor was dirty, my socks were filthy walking on it and the walls had rocks that were crumbling dirt continuously. Also the shower caused water to spill out everywhere so you had to use up a towel and wring it out in the sink to clean it up. We weren’t spending time in the hotel anyway so the location helped to overlook some of that.

Hotel located close to downtown and water front. No parking in front of hotel. Must park 10 min walk to large parkade. Large park not adviseable at night.

Albergo pulito e posizionato nei pressi della stazione ed a pochi passi dal centro città. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Camera spaziosa, luminosa e pulita.

Beste Lage, renovierte Zimmer, geräumig, ruhig, free Wlan, Sanitärbereich sauber und funktional. Zutritt Zimmer mit Code und außerhalb der Rezeptionszeit auch der Hoteleingang. Freundliches Personal und schneller Check-In. Ich wüsste nicht, was mir nicht passte.

Problème de bruit. Les portes, ou juste les voisins qui discutent le matin, vous entendez tout ! Les joint de douche noir ! . et la taille de la douche ...

The staff were very welcoming and the rooms clean. The shower needs to be updated as this was although clean very tired. Great for the price

Hotel für einen kurztrip und Übernachtungsmöglichkeit sehr günstig. Perfekte lage durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof. Sehr nahe zum canal Grande. Frühstück ist sehr günstig. Angeboten wird vieles. Leider sind sie für viele Gäste zur selben Zeit nicht ausgelegt Der Teil, wo Essen angeboten wird, sehr schmal und schnell leer. (Wenn 10 Paare z.b. um 9.00 uhr essen wollen) Das Zimmer im ersten Stock (Hofseite) hatte stufen im zimmer. Ziemlich ungewöhnlich- vor allem ins Badezimmer hinein Bett war angenehm. Für 2 Nächte ok, länger nicht Personal zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich und haben sich zeit genommen

It was close to transportation and all the sights we walked to and it was clean and very comfortable

We liked the breakfast. So many things to eat. There are some English TV channels and more Italian channels to watch on TV. A kettle would be nice in the room.

Nice hotel. Only concern was noise from other rooms.

The staff is incredible helpful and kind. Definitely i will come back
