We had a beautiful room overlooking the river. Warm and cosy. Worth paying a little extra for.

The only issue we had was the heating in the room itself, we had to use a portable fan heater, without this the temperature would not go above 19 Deg. Other hotels we have stayed at, this was not an issue.

Bar and restaurant very overpriced with a 15% service charge added on on top! Air con wasn't working sealed windows so room was stuffy and hot

Very clean room, staff very friendly and let us into our room early as it was ready. Room was beautiful and very spacious. Was amazing being able to choose our own room - the view was amazing! Digital key card was a great touch too. We used the pool where the staff again were friendly and pool was lovely and warm! We will definitely be back - the price was very reasonable too.

We had a brilliant room with a lovely view of the Tyne Bridge. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
