The property is extremely high end and well maintained. Be aware however that the price per night may seem like a deal, but it does not include the extra $60 per night for parking, nor the $150 per day deposit required when checking in. It also doesn’t include breakfast which costs between $20-$30 just for a continental type breakfast with a side of breakfast meat or eggs being extra. That said the restaurant, while expensive was exquisite the one night we had dinner there. While the photos make it seem that the bathtubs are soaking tubs.. they are not.

Embora eu tivesse informado que minha filha adolescente iria nos acompanhar, ao chegarmos de viagem, não havia cama extra. Destaco que ao fazer o check in, indaguei exatamente sobre isso. Não levaram toalha extra (inclusive no dia seguinte). Foi quase impossível falar na recepção (meu marido teve que descer para fazer solicitação) por alguns dias. Para fazer o check out, as 05:00 hs, não havia ninguém na recepção. Fui surpreendida ao descobrir (pelo atendente do vallet) que o recepcionista estava dentro de um carro do lado de fora do hotel (!!).

Good hotel. Rooms were a bit noisy. We could hear the elevator ding as it hit our floor and we could hear full conversations from neighbor rooms

The location was excellent. Near Metro mover and walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Hotel was very clean. Didn't like the inconvenience to go to different elevators to go to your room.

It was a clean beautiful property , didn’t seem like much of their amenities were open during peak times and they nickle and dime you for everything. Staff is so so it seems like they gave us the run around because they aren’t all on the same page when it comes to information about most basic things. Heavy language barrier. An Elevator was broken everyday of our stay (5 days). Definitely not worth the price in my opinion.

Hotel maravilhoso

Excellent hotel- very trendy, excellent size rooms and bathrooms, stunning views and helpful staff. Extra point for the excellent choice of toiletries in the bathroom. Not great- Early check in was $100 per room, pool is in building next door (not super convenient).Free/walkable distance to the nearby public transport. Very good room service.

Excelente ubicación con varias opciones de restaurantes para ir caminando. La habitación muy cómoda y amplia, también con un buen diseño. El servicio del front desk muy bueno. El único comentario para mejorar es que el servicio de ama de llaves no funciona luego de las 10pm y como hicimos late check in necesitábamos apoyo con el set up del sofá-cama (sábanas y colcha) y tuvimos que esperar 15-20min. Definitivamente nos hospedaríamos de nuevo aquí.

The stay at Hotel AKA was a wonderful stay. The premises and rooms were very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The property was beautiful. The bed was super comfortable and I’m usually picky about the shower gel and shampoo provided but these were excellent quality and I loved the smell. I enjoyed the pool as well. I would definitely stay again but next time for longer.
