Overall, the property was nice and seemed to be well maintained. Breakfast was average but was kept well stocked. I did not utilize the cleaning staff but they seemed hard at it when I passed them in the hallways.
The first room I was assigned, the AC was louder than the TV volume and the black out shade would not close all the way so they kindly moved me to the room next door. Everything in this room was fine except it had a little smell of mildew which I just dealt with the 4 days I was there. Not a big deal. Biggest reason for not giving a full 5 stars was that they desk staff were not the most attentive. They were always on their phones and not paying much attention the the hotel guests. One even stayed on facetime with someone while checking me in. Another had a friend sleeping on a couch in the lobby (with their own pillow and blanket) for the whole hour I sat down there and ate dinner. I understand that good help is hard to find but other hotels are managing to find good help. I'm sure this one maybe needs to up its management skills and raise the bar for its staff.
