Check in personnel were great! The room was relatively clean. There was tissue/toilet paper under the bathroom counter, on floor and something stuck to bottom of bathroom mirror (?toothpaste). Periodically in bed, would get slight odor...perhaps there had been a spill on carpet, but unsure. Unfortunately, I did not bring this to the attention to the front desk staff, as I was pressed for time.

When we first checked we were told it was a non smoking room and we would be charged if it smelled like smoke... Get to the room and it reeks of smoke. No thanks. They did switch us rooms no problem. Our bathroom wall had a leak behind the toilet which put nasty water on the floors. The bathroom is also extremely small. Can't even open it shut the door if you sit on the toilet. Overall it was okay but needs maintenance. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay.

One of the worst stays I’ve ever had. Beds were awful. Bathroom was so small you have to stand beside the toilet to be able to close the door. The sheets had stains on them. Will not stay there again. For that price I expect a LOT better.

Very nice and accommodating front desk staff, rooms are clean , beds very cozy.

Location

One of the cleanest Holiday Inn’s I’ve ever stayed at! They take pride in their hotel, in every aspect! Breakfast spot on, no runny eggs, everything stocked. Would 100% stay here again!

The location is good and the rooms and bathroom were clean. The shower head desperately needs an upgrade … low pressure and a stream that flowed too gently straight down … difficult to use and not satisfying — although I did get clean!

Stay was ok overall but the pullout sofa bed didn’t have a mattress on top and gave me a backache

I have used Holiday Inn on several occasions and I have never encountered a place like this. The bathroom was uncomfortable, unclean, the common areas were dirty, but the worst of all was that there were children running around everywhere and knocking on the doors. We had to notify security... all night long there was shouting, they were knocking on the doors. It was really a high price to pay for the terrible service we received.

A real big plus was the entry door to the back of the parking lot

Good place to stay was easy to locate and security for my vehicle and camper trailer was excellent
