This a was a good hotel! Liked the property itself — looked like it was an old castle :) and the rooms were neat and clean . Staff is excellent and helpful.

This hotel was located in the perfect place to be able to walk to everything. It was excellent value for money considering the price we paid - we were pleasantly surprised!

Right in the center on city. Can walk to shopping & restaurants. Good city tour operators close bye. Seemed safe and was quiet. Staff very courtesy and professional. Difficult to drive to and parking outside would be impossible. Hotel parking in basement limited and expensive.

The hotel is strategically located close to the pedestrian area of Granada. If you are coming by car be aware that you will have to inform the hotel prior to arrival to get authorisation to access the area and to reserve the parking inside the hotel’s building. Fortunately, the hotel will provide you with great and easy instructions to follow to get to them. The last bit of the road is quite tight so you are warned if you have one of those large SUVs. The building in which the hotel resides is historical and has a moresque architecture that resembles a riad. Rooms are spacious and clean and have everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. Once you are there, you can reach any point of the city by foot or using public transport. Great restaurants are close by and you have a lot chose from. Breakfast is OK and has sufficient choice to make everyone satisfied unless you are into exotic things or you like herring on your bread to get you going in the morning.

The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The receptionists were very helpful with tips on where and how to go to the Alhambra and other famous places. There are many good restaurants and shops near the hotel. The Cathedral and the Monasterio de San Geronimo were just a 10-15 min walk.

el aire acondicionado no baja de 24 grados, lo programas asi para ahorrar, en espana no se estila el aire pero pasamos un calor horrible en la propiedad. tuve que solicitar me pudusieran ventilaor pq no resistiamos el calor

Room was clean and the location was good. The shower pressure was good, however the water drained from the tub was slow.
