We loved the central location, friendly and helpful staff, and the wonderful character of the hotel. The internal courtyards give you a feeling of the Moorish character of the city. The hotel is a short walk from the Cathedral, the Real, and many places to eat. The narrow streets are wonderful to explore. The staff can get you a taxi in minutes taking you to the Airport, the Alhambra and anywhere else you need. We have recommended this hotel to family and friends.

Tellement décevant. Je n’ai pas dormi de la nuit tellement c’était bruyant. L’hôtel est situé dans une petite ruelle où l’enlèvement des ordures se fait de nuit. Le garage est situé à proximité avec le bruit qui vient avec. La douche coule parterre car le système de rideau fixe ne fonctionne pas. Heureusement le personnel était gentil, bilingue et disponible.

Breakfast was very good. Full range of food, nice coffee machine. Clean comfortable rooms. Nice staff. Only downside was the AC was not running, hotel was still in winter mode. The weather was 70. Room on 2nd floor was very warm.

Very good hotel. My rental car was out of power after checking out. The manager and staff of the hotel helped me called the assistant and solved the problem. They are so kind.

The woman at the front desk was wonderfully helpful and friendly. Great location.

The location was perfect, close to Plaza Nueva from where buses to most areas were available. Good restaurants around and great area to just walk around. The hotel itself was beautiful. It was apparently an old palace that was redone around 25 years ago. Still has some original columns, water fountains etc. the hotel/room was spicy and span. Very good staff and great breakfast. There was parking which was extremely helpful, as we drove in Andulicia. Overall a great place to stay in Granada !

Great place to stay. Hidden away in a small square right off the main via of Granada. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. And the surroundings offered everything you could want.

Beautiful hotel in a former stylish palace. Spacious room, with classical furniture and decoration but still satisfying modern needs. Spotless room, good amenities, good buffet breakfast and very friendly staff. Excellent location, at walking distance to main attractions, shopping areas and restaurants. Highly recommended.
