Prezados, Minha estadia no VIP Executive Eden Aparthotel foi excelente. Destaco positivamente o conforto, a localização privilegiada e a qualidade geral do atendimento, que contribuíram para uma experiência muito agradável em Lisboa. Gostaria apenas de deixar duas sugestões construtivas que, na minha percepção como hóspede, poderiam elevar ainda mais a experiência: Fornecimento e reposição de água no frigobar Considero que a disponibilização de garrafas de água no frigobar, com reposição regular ou a um preço mais acessível, seria um diferencial simples, de baixo impacto para o hotel, mas de grande valor para o conforto dos hóspedes. Aproveitamento da área do terraço no inverno Estive na área do terraço e percebi que, devido ao frio intenso, muitos hóspedes acabam não permanecendo no local. Trata-se de um espaço belíssimo, com uma vista excepcional de Lisboa. Talvez a criação de opções específicas para o inverno — como bebidas quentes, mantas, aquecedores externos ou um menu sazonal — pudesse tornar o ambiente mais convidativo e atrair mais hóspedes para esse espaço tão especial aumentando o consumo de outras opçoes de bebidas e consumiveis no local. Reforço meus elogios ao hotel e agradeço a atenção. Certamente recomendarei o VIP Executive Eden Aparthotel e terei prazer em retornar em futuras visitas a Lisboa. The location of the hotel is perfect nearfromeverything, the room was not cleaned we have to ask the receptionist to send someone to clean the room.

Ubicación excelente . Los baños si los cambiaria se ven antiguos y para entrar a bañarse es un poco incomooo. Pero están super lugar y limpios

Nice team and good value rooms

The property ‘s location is so good, close to restaurants, high end shopping centers, city center. The room has a lot of space and being very cozy. All front desk staff are very friendly and professional, answering questions and helping out with questions. Will definitely recommend it to my friends and will come back if I visit again.

Quick check in, clean room, good location

A localização é incrível, próximo a atrações turísticas, comércios, metrô e trem. O quarto é confortável e bem equipado com cozinha e banheiro amplo. A equipe da receptação e do café da manhã são gentis. O café da manhã é bom. O único ponto negativo é o carpete, que parece ser antigo e tem um pouco de cheiro ruim, embora a limpeza do hotel seja ótima.

The room was outdated with leaky toilets, strong odor from carpet which was exacerbated by the carpet freshener used to hide the smell. Just replacing the carpets with wooden or laminate flooring would significantly improve the stay. I was booked for 5 day stay and struggle to make it to day 3 before moving to another hotel. The smell just never made you feel clean. We are family of 4 with 2 children (4 and 8). It smell is hard if you have asthma or other respiratory issues. Young kids also seem to be sensitive. The sofa bed was not comfortable. It felt like spring pressed against your back and the couch itself had a strong odor. The staff and the location of the hotel is great. Staff and location are a 4 star. The room is like 1 star. If the rooms were updated to basics but modern, this place would be fantastic. Please consider updating the room, especially replacing the carpets for some durable easy to clean laminate flooring. You will save of cleaning supplies and change or did those leaky toilets. The company is probably wasting money on inflated water usage because of those toilets. I have seen 2 rooms with the same issue and I am sure there may be many others.

The location of the hotel was excellent, close to transportation and walking distance to the major city attractions. The room was outdated but very spacious. The breakfast was very good, but a little expensive.

Discreta la camera con moquette. Poco curata la pulizia. Posizione ottimale per visitare la città e dintorni. Manca lingua italiana.

Arredo un po' vecchio con moquette e bagno datati ma posizione ottima e impagabile la piscina sul terrazzo.

Great staff, location perfect very close to train station. Overall condition of the room is dated but lots of space. The roof terrace is really special for the views of the city.

Veldig behagelig opphold. Stille rom iten støy fra byen. Komfortabelt rom. Møblene var litt slitt, men det var egentlig ikke viktig. Veldig bra takterrasse med basseng. Nok solsenger, i motesetning til de fleste hoteller med lignende tilbud. Svært bra rengjøring.

Location could not be better. Walkable to the river, castle and variety of restaurants and shopping. The property is in disrepair . Bathroom showers and tubs were not up to standard. The attached kitchen was a good idea but unusable. No ironing board but brought in when asked for. Should be equipped in this day and age with it. My biggest peeve was the coffee refills. They say you can buy but not clear where; so waking up every morning without coffee or tea was a complete dampener. Some staff eg Jimmy was nice but most front office staff were not friendly or helpful. Housekeeping was excellent.They made it comfortable with all the limitations and really took care to ensure cleanliness and comfort.
